One of the best bits of business this club has ever done....
-
Oh god! Not another one of these threads!!!! All i am going to say is - Chelsea is winning and doing very very well and i f**king love it!!!!
-
Not in the same way that Robben was injury prone. JT's have mostly been inuries caused by collisions rather than normal muscle problems.
-
This certainly won't happen till the summer at least and even then i am not sure if we will sign him. To be honest i have never heard of him.
-
Don't want or need that f**ker here!!!!!
-
Tickets will be a lot harder to come by than when the final as at Cardiff!! Everyone will want to go and it will be done on a loyalty point basis. I have zero chance of going
-
Malouda has been good since returning from injury, but not having quite the impact we want to see from our wingers. Same can be said of Joey Cole actually. But overall he is playing well, and through injury as well aparently.
-
Loved the way the "Neville your a c**t" song came across so clearly on the TV, was pissing myself. Best away supporters performance i can remember for a long time.... With the way our defence is playing at the moment, JT is going to find it hard to get his place back when he is fit
-
Another top class performance that on another day could have seen us score a hatfull, we are really unlucky in that respect at the moment. But the team played class and considering we lost Ballack as well it was a very very good win. Have to give massive credit to the Chelsea fans, all week the talk has been about the intimidating atmosphere at Goodison, and it being a cauldron ect.... but all you could hear for 90 minutes loud and clear was the couple of thousand Chelsea fans.... Something has to be done with Sidwell because at the moment he is beyond poor, far too many mistakes from him once again. Anelka will get his goal sooner or later, he has been so unlucky and once again played excellant. Joey Cole took his goal fantastic. We are off to Wembly once again

Chelsea Signing Di Santo: Crespo, Tevez My Heroes
EskWeston replied to TrueChelseaBlue's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Your right there is no work permit issue because he has an Italian passport. I would be suprised if he was viewed as a youth signing because he is 18 and very highly rated, in the same way as when Mikel came into the first team, and besides they always usually announce big youth signings like this as well. In one of his interviews he said he would be over at the weekend. Maybe Kenyon is away, but that would suprise me. -
To be fair Everton are a small and pointless club Saying the same as Jose always said. If you list the cups in priority, this would be bottom, although we go into every single game to win it.

Well it aparently all done. Even the player himself says so, so why the hold up? -
Alex and Belletti have weighed in with a few goals this season. JT used to score a lot but hasn't for the last 2 seasons.
-
Yup there wasn't many who saw anything other than a lazy player. But Chelsea fans do like to be critical of their players He will be very important for us this season, and has been a life saver at the moment with the absent players.
-
To be fair to him i thought he did pretty well last season too. A lot of English people have problems with players who do not charge around the field like a f**king madman for 90 minutes, which is why players like Ballack and Mikel get little credit and players like Gerrard get praised to the rooftops...... The difference this season is that he is more in tune with his teammates and is unlikely to give the ball away where last season his anticipation was off at times.
-
Hopefully a lot less clumsy though.....
-
Would be the best player to have on the bench considering he can cover the whole of defence and Maka's position if need be. If we can have SWP fit and Anelka up front then we have a great chance, but we desperately need big games from Malouda and Cole. I am very much looking forward to this game and even though it is the Carling Cup the prospect of playing the Spuds at Wembly is a very inviting one.
-
Yup the Arse was completely mugged last night! Had a lot of first team players out too so not many excuses for them to use, although they will try to. The most important thing for us is that our defence is solid and we are very strong there at the moment, to have Cech, Belletti, Alex, Carvalho, Bridge and Maka lining up means we are going to be very strong defensively and we can look to attack them knowing we have the right back up. Everton will be desperate to make the final, although so will we be so it should be a pretty exciting game in general.
-
Get a start this season? At this rate i hope we SIGN him this season. For a transfer that was aparently done in December this has taken a very very very long time to get finalised.
-
So a final against Spurs is the prize for the winner tonight! I would think that if SWP is fit to play he will because playing the 4-3-3 worked so well against them last time and having Maka do the job of Mikel in the last game to snuff out their attack will be right up his street. Should be a cracking game and hopefully we will get a decent result.

All great................. But when are we going to see the f**ker signed for us -
There wasn't exactly many brilliant players against Birmingham though and hopefully he will be a massive influence over tonights game.
-
With Maka's age though how many games at this level can he play in a row now before he will feel he needs a rest? With Lampard, Mikel and Essien all out at the moment we are very lucky to have Ballack and Maka to take the strain, but hopefully that strain won't be too much for either of them.
-
But at the moment we have just Maka and Ballack (errrrrrm and Sidwell) and if either of them take a knock we will be in deep trouble.
