Spurs are not playing that great at the moment, we want revenge for the cup final!!! Hopefully we will get the win but it could be tough! We know exactly what team will be put out and the same for the Arse game. This one and the next game are going to be vital if we are to try and win the league...

A tough game overall. Sunderland battled and battled for the whole 90 minutes, but we did enough to win. Now comes crunch time! 2 big games against Spurs and Arsenal. We need to win both games and go above Arsenal!!

On CTV the other day in an interview with Kalou they were saying that he had 10 for the season! So what is the official tally for Kalou? 9 or 10?

I think it was obvious Jose didn't fancy Johnson. Which was a shame because i though he was still a cracking player, and even pre season thought he did enough to earn his place in the team. Still, these things happen..

I agree with Zola that he is not ready for management. But i would love to see him here now as either a coach or assistant manager to work his way up to be manager of the club...

Ditch neither of them!!! Kenyon has said today that the negotiations will be done in private and they hope that it can be done as quickly as possible..

Cutting Kenyon a bit of slack, he can't exactly turn around and say "unless Grant wins something we are kicking the c**t out the door" or "he isn't really the manager he is just warming the seat for Rijkaard/Hiddink ect.." I just hope to god that what he is saying isn't the REAL stance at the club!!!!

Some of them like Kalou and SWP have been a bit grey, and to be honest i have no idea what they have "officially" been given as. So apologies if not compeltely accurate ) besides... some of the ones taken away are silly...

When you look at the draw of who is left in then there is the very very real possibility of an English club winning, only Barca are going to offer any REAL foreign resistance. Again, like in the FA Cup and the Carling Cup we have as good a chance as we are ever likely to get of winning - can we blow a third one!!!!

Well to be fair the club do have to take some sort of strong stance in contract negotiations. Like Misschief showed, Frank clearly said he didn't want to talk about the contract during the season.... now he is getting all twitchy because he thought the club would come begging and offer whatever he wanted... Just get it sorted! Everyone wants Frank here still....

Lol, there is no doubt that Frank wants to stay! And there is also no doubt that the club want him to stay! Which is what makes this situation all the more frustrating.... Maybe Frank and his agent are worried that the club may let him go as part of a massive clear out in the summer. Although they would be bonkers if they did i would doubt they would.

More than likely! But i can understand Franks agent comming out and talking, but i don't understand why Frank is getting invloved publically..

It's just one of things that really doesn't make sense...who or what is to blame for this? I think everyone including the club and seemingly Frank too would be happy to put this to bed.

I really don't think Frank will leave!! However i don't understand this contract situation! Frank said previously he wants to forget the contract and concentrate on his football! Now he is upset no contract has been offered! The articles also say that a contract was offered in September but he turned it down. If he wants to stay and the club clearly want him to stay i really don't understand what is going on. I always asmmued that there was something Frank wanted like more money, or a long contract or something!

They couldn't have a pop really because Man you also got emabarressed, Liverpool have already been knocked out by Barnsley and the Arse are no-where to be seen..... if it also means they have to slate the red teams then they will leave us alone...

Well i guess we wait and see how what happens with this. I think the only people who do not want to see this happen is the Premier League. It could be the one good thing UEFA do.....

Lots of roumers about young players at the moment. Obviously the plans are well underway for the summer recruitment at youth level...

I honestly can't remember the last time SWP had a good game on the wing, any good games he has had has been playing down the middle. Right now i would rather play our reserve team wingers rather than him, let alone already established ones.
