Good observation. There are 5 teams in the EPL from London. No reason to put Chelsea on that list??? We are not in the bottom half of the table. The question has to be asked. Four of the five are struggling at the moment. Ok, QPR isn't really struggling, but they are finding life hard in the Top Flight. Still w/ spudz in the cellar & le arse not that far away, things don't look good in N. London. Fulham have only scored once in three matches. An update on that Dider Drogba injury from Chelsea boss Andre Villas-Boas: "He will have a full exam. He was completely unconscious. The doctor did a great job. He is showing progressive signs of recovery but we need a full exam which is being done. We hope for his wellbeing as a person first."

Rumors are surfacing this could be Kalou's last weekend w/ the Club. I did like his effort & there was times that he was absolutely brilliant. I know there are thousands of Chelsea fans that hate him, but I won't be one of them. I hope Kalou can come on in this match score one & put his hand over his face like he always does. Funny, I recall people saying the same about Maka. I find these two players to be very similar, but Mikel has a bit more pace. He looked good to me last week. There was a couple of times he provided cover for Cole & stopped Pennant making runs down the Stoke right flank. There was a couple of more times I saw Mikel provide cover for either Terry or Alex & stop some runs up the middle. Did he have a perfect match??? No, but IMHO he is the engine of the midfield for Chelsea. Right now anyway.

Yeah, but this match vs the Baggies would be a good run out for Turnbull. I think he is solid, just needs some more experience.

I noticed you had Ivanovic in your 11. I haven't read or seen anything to suggest that Bane is fit to play. Do you have any info??? I was thinking that Bane could be involved in this match as well & I would like to see him. Also, I wouldn't mind to see Rajkovic either. My take on today's match. First I would like to give a shout out to The Excalibur Hotel & Casino Resort. I had to stay in Vegas over the weekend for work. I asked if they could show the match, since it was on @ 5:30am. Not only did they show it, they showed it on the Large Screen Made my freakin' day. Secondly, I didn't know Halsey to be a freakin' Potter What is that saying you English like to use??? Freakin' Muppet. I won't dwell on those points, but I would like to dwell on Mikel. Freakin' everywhere on the pitch today. It was a joy to see him out there stopping runs behind our lines, then taking shots on goal. That guy is the MOTM for me. Lastly, Torres needs to learn to play w/ his team. I am tired of seeing him trying to go around 5 defenders for a shot on goal. I rather see quick passes & getting everyone involved in the attack. Carry on people. Let's get hyped for the season. I am hearing that AVB will be looking for that winger we all have been wanting on the Right flank.
