what is the probability that messi, suarez and neymar all 3 have a bad day together. i mean messi is the best player in the world and suarez and neymar feature in the top10 lists, they are so good that they will produce a moment of magic even if they are playing poorly, thats their standard.

exactly. or i would not mind signing brad freidel, but definitely not this guy. by the way, lopez would be a GREAT option. he is rotting in milan. maybe a 2mil bid specially since we seem to be actually PAYING 2mil to buy green
-
not at all happy with this transfer. this guy is a decent shot stopper but a perennial LOSER. he finds ways to lose. qpr were defending so well and he goes on to give the ball to hazard. not the guy we need/want. we have a bunch of HG/U-21 players - blackman/3rd GK, christensen/4thCB, ake/4th Full back, RLC/5th CM, 5th AM, 6th AM, JT, GC, cesc. if we are so adamant about getting HG players, get moses and make him the 5th AM or make bamford the 3rd ST, but rob green SHOULD NOT be our 2nd choice GK. need to get someone better.

as much as i love iva, even this transfer seems to have stemmed from iva "undroppable" status. if azpi had been given a real shot at RB, i have no doubt he would have replaced iva there and made way for bertrand to play more. by the way where is TOPTB. someone cancel his ban. apparently ryan was nothing more than a relegation to bottom table team player. some of the opinions on here are just too awesome to read.

2mil for green!!!!! are QPR paying that amount or are we?

it does not matter to people. only the most recent performances do. a 20 year old has had to carry the whole team on his back after pool lost close to 50 odd goals from suarez's departure and sturridge's injury. add to that, he has been played wingback, CAM, ST and has barely had any consistency in his position. all that said, i dont want him here for a massive fees. too much pressure/hype for a young 20 year old. and i cant see pool selling sterling cheaply considering his talent and they somehow still considering us as "rivals"
-
wont you be angry when your manager keeps on buying AM after AM when what they really need is a DM (for the last 8 or 9 years i think). arsenal have been a different team with coquelin. think what they would be with a matic or even with a william carvalho/kondogbia.
-
-
he definitely did. but mikel had a good game too and that too in a position he has barely ever played before (thought he was more no.8-ish than no.6-ish). when matic came on, he went to his old self and put in a couple of really good tackles (i think one of them was on the edge of the box).

after 5 years (since carlo's 1st year), this is the first time we look to have some identity, we look to be playing in a "system". why exactly should jose be shifting/tweaking his tactics to make oscar shine? lets be honest, you cant have 2 AMs in a "free role" (other obviously being hazard) and expect to be defensively solid. and then there's the fact that is oscar really that talented that we go into another season with him as a guaranteed first team starter (cos thats exactly what jose's statement implies that his position next season will be - guaranteed). i hope both jose and oscar prove me wrong but in my opinion, going into next season with no WC midfielder would be a massive, massive massive mistake.
-
i guess that is if and only if the player who wears the shirt respects the shirt and gives his all. respect needs to be "earned". his last 3 performances with us and his performances for about 3 months before that were massively different. he lacked heart, his trademark tackles had gone out of the window and he was a mere passenger for most of the games and hence the reception that he got from the fans.
-
1. there is STILL a massive difference between messi and hazard. 2. there is a massive difference between barca and chelsea. despite the fact that we had run away with the league, each of our matches was a struggle, a fight and a war. barca just drubbed some poor team 8-0. a week before that they spanked some team 6-0, how much toll do you expect those matches to have exerted on messi physically and most importantly mentally. i dont think it would have been as much as our game against leicester. 3. barca's tiki taka play style compared to our play style is another thing which make a massive difference. also, messi' free role where he barely has to defend compared to hazard's role.
-
not true. look at messi's performances last season towards the end. and that is inspite of barca having every chance of winning the la liga. hazard has been played continously. he has got to be tired, more mentally than physically. and sometimes, you just check out mentally. we have some youngsters to play so why not play them.
-
cech azpi zouma (if fit) JT ake mikel RLC brown willian luis remy.
-
?? thats very unfair. thought mikel was very good yesterday. made a massive mistake for the goal but apart from that, he was real good.
-
hazard should not even be travelling. he is done. had a brilliant season and is now looking exhausted.
-
what is wrong with cesc. how many times does he lose the ball. absolutely awful. hazard did not want to be on the pitch. luis needs to learn that he is a defender and not fuck around when in his own half. no doubt why azpi is over him. JT, mikel, RLC were absolutely brilliant. cesc and hazard should look at JT and learn what it is to be a proper professional. a little angry about the result and performance despite the scenario.
-
brilliant team.
-
its not even his biceps even higher up. no where near his forearm which should and normally is the norm. if this is a penalty then every match should have 3 or 4 penalties in them.
-
it was the top of the shoulder. not arm. not even close to a pen.
-
wtf!!! did anyone see the penalty awarded to unted!!!
-
pogba - 75 kovacic -20 schneiderlein - 25 stones - just signed a contract, english, hyped-up and actually a good player. atleast 30 antoine - 45mil buyout. a decent 2nd choice GK is a must - 5mil total ~ 200mil pounds. why not just get messi instead of all these players and end up winning everything.
-
bamford will do whats right for us, not just for him. moreover, once jose talks to him, i am sure he will do what jose wants. point is how many times will a PL goal scorer get a chance. costa's injury problems were more cos of his last season and the way simeone kept playing him and then he played in the WC and then continued with us. a summer full of rest, he will be much better. also, think of this, if a 21 year old bamford is unwilling to be the 3rd choice striker what are the chances that a good striker like benteke (who can easily be a starter in spurs/pool) would want to play 10-15 games a sesason. also, jose simply does not like to tinker much with his starting 11. he likes consistency, be it the 04-05 teams or this season.
-
thats like 60mil pounds. 10-15mil off of what juve might want.
