  1. again, please read the edited posts. nothing harsh about them. i am not saying he should be loaned to vitesse or a championship club. infact i admit, it might have been nerves and the fact that he was playing as a no.6 rather than no.8 which i gather is his natural position. but i am calling his performance as i saw it. dont see a problem with it.
  2. please read the edited post. and i am not sugarcoating anything. looking at how filipe defends, and the rumors that he might be leaving in the summer, ake going on loan seems foolish. and as i said, he did more wiht that one pass than RLC did in the whole match. also, with ake, there is some past references too where he has performed 10 times better than what rlc put in today. its almost like people want to force RLC down other fans' throat. i voted him as the MOTM in the last match (though think it should have been JT), but thought he was poor today, specially defensively after seeing him own coutinho multiple times in the previous game. again, dont know why you cant call a spade, a spade.
  3. i honestly dont know what game you were watching or if you were even watching the game. ake's one overhead pass (to izzy) was more than what RLC did the whole game. i guess since jose said that RLC is the next big thing, then we all have to praise him to the core!!! but honestly this is ridiculous. today was no doubt nerves and just a 2nd start plus a man down, but lets please call it as it is. our midfield was disjointed even before cesc's sending off. the gap between matic and RLC was shocking. the amount of time WBA midfielders got on the ball (they even showed a couple of clips in teh HT analysis) was ridiculous. RLC might have the potential to become the next whoever, but atleast be honest with your own self. today would go down as a match from where RLC would have got to learn a lot.
  4. looks so good on the ball and even off it. so surprised that he would be loaned out next season (if i got what jose said). has looked so good whenever given an oppurtunity.
  5. hahhahaha.. not worth it. the game was supposedly lost when cahiil was closing down saido while JT was standing back (moment of quality by the way), or maybe GC secretly wore the invisibilty cloak and hit the ball and put the blame on cesc and got him red carded (i thought thats where we lost the game). tired of the same people scapegoating the same players even though it was no fault of theirs
  6. how many youth players go on to become great players. i will judge him on his performance today which was average at best.. like i said, i will still give him lots of time and performance. but atleast i can call a bloody spade a spade instead of sugar coating any and everything that a youth player does.
  7. how was GC any worse off than JT? or matic? or RLC? if this was not a dead rubber - we would be saying that cesc cost us the match which in a sense makes him the flop of the match. singling our GC as the flop of the match makes no sense to me. he closed down saido for the 1st goal and it was actually JT who sat back. it was a moment of quality from saido. 2nd goal was a good flick and a reckless tackle from JT. 3rd goal -luis left alone to mark 2 men from a short corner and courtois beaten at near post. i am sorry but again, singling out GC as the flop of the match is a little extreme.
  8. our left hand side was a toll free highway but for some reason GC gets the flop of the match (not luis, not cesc, not costa) but GC. damn.
  9. signalled no.1 with his finger to everyone in the crowd.
  10. many many many times. there were a couple of wbA shots from the edge of the box where he simply was not covering for matic and considering the fact that he was playing as a no.6, he should be doing that. you say his strength is not defensively, but he was "tidy" in attack. everyone he tried a tough pass, he gave it away (pass to hazard), that time when he could have put costa thru but dilly-dallied on the ball and costa went off. i am sorry, but for all the hype, he looks very ordinary.
  11. thought he was very ordinary. honestly, ake looks miles ahead in his development. RLC looked clueless defensively and positionally.
  12. CHAMPIONE CHAMPIONE OLE OLE OLE... CHAMPIONE CHAMPIONE OLE OLE OLE...
  13. we are doomed next season... relegation for sure!!!!
  14. why would u do that now? i really am not being able to get at all arsed about the game. he and gilvorak are providing some awesome entertainment.
  15. lionsden and gilvorak trying to be so understanding of each other... someone please bring oscar into the equation... that will be fun!!!!
  16. very very very ordinary. defensively looks clueless. but i would trust jose's assessment over the course of the season than me on 45minutes. lets hope today is just nerves or something.
  17. lionsden's list of cribbing 1. oscar 2. mourinho 3. club's youth policy 4. club's styl of play 5. almost every player 6. everything remotely related to the club. a true blue fan!!!!! hats off!!!!
  18. i am really dumb.. so please do paint the picture for me of how cesc kicking the ball at a WBA player while standing 10 meters away from everything is costa's fault.
  19. so much crying and cribbing from the same old idiot in a fucking dead rubber... guess some people are just wired that ways... "true fans"..
  20. how is it costa's fault... how is cesc kicking the ball on a wba player costa's fault. in that case, i blame it all on torres. if we had not bought torres, sturridge and lukaku would still be here and we would not have costa doing his usual thing. i still cant understand how people can blame costa for cesc's immense stupidity.
  21. yes... costa took cesc'c foot and kicked the ball with it!!! very intelligent from you...
  22. costa is a fighter. someone who wants to fight for everything. fight for the club even if its a dead rubber. we did not play him against united and arsenal which were title deciders which should tell you that jose must have thought that it is relatively safe to play him. but i guess you see the negative in anything and everything around here. just keep on cribbing.
  23. atleast hear what jose has said. diego "begged" him to play. he wants to play. jose says he did not want to but sometimes the player has to take the responsibility.
