u can call it a meaningless game, but that does not change the fact that we played our whole first team to try and win the match. falcao was much better than remy against arsenal. his movement was really good. as was it against the swans. i hope u wont mind me not judging him on the city game when the likes of cesc and hazard could not pass the ball 5 metres without it going to a city player. or that when costa got the ball, it meant he did a torres and fell on the ground, that iva having the ball was akin to man city attacking. hardly a game to judge falcao on.

remy did start against arsenal and he was abysmal. costa's last performance was disgraceful. falcao has atleast been able to stay onside as well as not fall on the ground every time someone touches him.

no we wont. cuadrado has already been replaced by pedro. now we have moses plus on of willian/oscar/pedro on the bench. we have 3 good strikers. and we have cesc-matic along with rambo and mikel. so if we sell cuadrado and oscar to get pogba, our first team would be something like this tibo azpi zouma JT baba cesc matic pogba pedro costa hazard with a bench of bego, GC, iva, rambo, willian, remy, falcao. with moses and mikel on the reserves. that is a very good squad and squad depth. not just in numbers but quality too.

honestly i dont think chelsea fans rated stones that highly too before the insane bidding started. i mean, i went back to the summer transfer window thread to find if someone thinks that stones would be the ideal buy and surprising i found nothing. and believe me there was a lot of talk about buying a pro active CB. seems to me to be the flavour of the month case.

suppose juve seel pogba to barca next year. then what? lose pirlo, vidal and pogba withing an year. they will need replacements and the most likely one they want is oscar. why overpay when u can get him for a fairly cut price right now. cuadrado too is surplus to our requirements right now, and he can be got for cut price (compared to what we paid not what his actual value should be which is 0). i dont know... it makes sense for juve to go for it. they might get a massive payday for pogba but will need to pay a large chunk of it for replacements.

if we honestly go for pogba, i cant see oscar having any part to play. why not oscar (40mil euros) + cuadrado (25mil euros) + 35mil euros bid. this would be a brilliant deal, in my opinion. juve get their 100mil euros. plus 2 midfielders that they need.we get a WC player in pogba. i honestly think this might just happen.

fair enough. they have taken a massive massive risk with just 3 proper first teamers for 3 attacking positions (MSN) and 3 midfielders for 3 mid field positions (biscuits, iniesta, rakitic). there lack of squad strength when they had to play super cup on tuesday and supercopa on saturday and they were blwon away 4-0. selling pedro is making them even weaker. one injury and they are in some trouble.

and this is how a transfer should be done. you want the player, u think the player is worth the money and time and a good addition, then fucking get him.
