according to some people we still are... just read the previous 5-10 pages.
-
does not matter dude. 19 goals ONLY in 6 Pl matches. thats shameful...
-
i think hazard has been real good so far!!! not directly involved in goals and assists, but defensively he has been more responsible and has performed well specially when teams are doubling on him while leaving spaces for other players.
-
ATM look an absolutely different side with CHOLO on the bylines. and gotta say, this SAUL NIGUEZ kid is a bloody GEM!!! absolute GEM!!
-
so no costa? courtois iva GC JT luis matic cesc willian oscar hazard remy. pretty much the same team all around.
-
3 goals? thats it? against a mid table team like villa at the bridge!!! unacceptable!!! JOSE OUT!!!! WE WANT FSW BACK!!! we scored 8 under him, right?
-
http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/29196082 DD, schurrle, remy all on the bench. that too against city.
-
DD, remy, mikel, schurrle, iva, zouma, cech these should be our subs considering we start with courtois azpi GC JT luis matic cesc willian oscar hazard costa
-
Evans, smalling and jones are out. Blacket is red carded. They don't have enough defenders to place.

Chelsea v Aston Villa Questionnaire
didierforever replied to Avillafan's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
1. 1. the summer signings have been absolutely fabulous so far. saying that costa has hit the ground running would be wrong cos he is simply FLYING. he fits us like a glove. has a mean streak, a penchant for goals and is perfect for us. cesc has been great. not a fan of his because of his antics against ballack and lampard. but nonetheless, he has done exactly what he was bought for, making our transition from defence to attack faster and smoother as well as provide another dimension of attack than just be reliant on hazard. filipe luis has been great in the limited time he has played, but no doubt he will be good too. i think he will start against villa. i am a huge DD fan. but after watching him play a couple of times that he has, even i have to say that its the wrong decision. someone like BA would have been a much better option. but hopefully i am proved wrong. 2. Definitely. unless city go on a 33 match unbeaten streak, i expect nothing other than winning the PL this season. 3.Balance. we still dont know our best starting 11. their are untouchables like costa, hazard, cesc, matic, jt, gc, courtois, but our RW position is up for grabs. schurrle and willian are as different as night and day and provide something very different. for the 3rd CM, its a fight between rambo and oscar, another pair that is very different and provide different things. is 4-2-3-1 our best formation or is it 4-3-3? moreover we have kept one clean sheet so far and have not been able to find the right balance between defence and attack in my opinion 4. GC divides opinion the way only GC can. i feel he is a very solid and underrated CB. no doubt he has his faults but which CB except for kompany, silva, benatia dont? his problem is known which is backing off when strikers are running at him, but except for that, he is very good. brilliant in air, good on the ball, and a beast in the box. their are very few defenders in the world who can defend the box as well as he can. and almost one of the best in the last ditch tackles. 5.PL title atleast for this season. the last PL we won was in 2009-10. a club like chelsea should not be going 5 years without a PL. moreover, CL is a lot about luck and draws, whereas there is next to nothing of that factor over the course of 38 games. 6.best - fernando - 12mil for a player of fernando's calibre is a steal. absolute BEAST. worst - ummm,,, shaw i think. 30 odd mil pounds for a 19 year old LB is well weird. dont think he would be worth half off it. 7. villa have been good this season so far. they have been solid at the back, something which was not the case for the last couple of seasons. but that is what happens when you play too much youth. a backline should have experience and its showing why. except for those 3 minutes against the arses, villa have been really good. agbanlahor, weimaan and richardson make up for a very very quick front 3 and something which will bother our slow defence. also when benteke comes back, it will be real good for villa. 8. benteke as a second striker. he has quality, is a natural goal scorer and is technically sound. 9. hazard. he would likely take on hutton unless he is doubled over by weimann or one of the midfielders, thus creating space for other players to run and operate into. 10. a hard match. a 2-1/3-1 win for chelsea. 11. apple 12. J law. -
cesc would have had a 7 day rest. he is very integral to the team and villa are no pushovers. without a doubt, cesc will be one of the first names on the team sheet
-
what happened to cesc? to costa? how is this our strongest team?
-
go to the post match thread and read what i wrote about oscar. he was my motm. i will give credit where it deserves. what else am i supposed to do? say a player has been brilliant when he was shit for 6 months? sorry, but i am not an idiot like some others. i liked lukaku, and until the moment, he was "our" player, i fought for him. but as soon as we sold him, specially for 28 mil, i CHALLENGE you to find a SINGLE post where i have said anything demeaning our board and jose and the deal. if u find that, i will stop posting. if u cant, then dont say things that are not true and about which you have no clue. anyways, why am i bothering to reply to a person who thinks SFL scoring a goal is equal to someone murdering a person.

mvg has played how many minutes of pro football to replace rambo? also, this is IF we go for pogba. lastly, my first post was regarding khedira replacing rambo. which simply does not make sense. we have khedira-like players but none with rambo's versatility and characteristics. also, if we are playing 4-3-3, we will be needing 4 very good CMs. at a certain point, we had essien, ballack, lampard, makelele in the same squad. if we do shift to a proper 4-3-3, and buy pogba, then the midfield options of matic, cesc, rambo, pogba is totally justified and they will ALL get plenty of game time.
-
Cech, mikel, moses, marin, kakuta. These guys have no future with us in the next season. Then their are fringe players like romeu, piazon. Maybe even mvg. Selling these 8 players will easily fetch 40mil £. Selling one of the mosy versatile player of our squad is hardly the answet on how to strengthen the squad.
-
lol... this is coming from you!!!
-
One thing you want from your squad players is to provide adequate cover. Khedira and mvg are so injury prone that they as cover is a poor thought. Also why would we sell rambo? Rambo provides us with far more option than khedira does specially if we have pogba and matic.

Won't work. We will need a 3rd area for fans like you, THE CRIBBING AREA. Cos all some of u do is cry, cry, cry and then cry some more. When not crying, you guys seem to be venting your personal anger and frustration on your poor keyboards.Sometimes I wonder if u guys signed into TC knowing that it was a TalK CRIBBING forum rather than a talk chelsea forum.

Aston villa are playing some good football. Solid at the back and dangerous on the counters with agbanlahor, weimann and richardson. The only blot was those 4minutes against arsenal. Even before that they should have been leading by 1-0/2-0. Won't be an easy match under any circumstances. Courtois Azpi gc jt luis Rambo matic cesc Willian costa hazard

our ALABA!!

ATTACKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKKK!!!!!!! next game i would love it if we ATTACK with the 300 "ahoo ahoo ahoo"!!!!!!!
-
how is it the same? how the hell is it the same thing? will you now start comparing lamps' goal against us to someone murdering or torturing or raping or probably the HOLOCAUST. i mean how does it make any sense? any sense at all!!! he did not join man city!!!! he is there on a LOAN!!! a 6 month loan which ends in jan cos the MLS does not start until then. SFL would have got his "money" even if he had not signed for city. and big bucks too. but he is a professional. a professional footballer who loves football (that is what all managers and people say about him). he is nearing the end of his career. in that he got a chance of training with city and playing at the highest level for a period of time. something which we were not willing to do. or are you telling me that both lamps and cole rejected the offers we put in for them? did DD also reject an offer in 2012? what is 20kpw (or even if it was a difference of 50kpw) for roman or the board? if we had given him a contract extension, he would have been here.

lampard scoring a goal = someone killed a person.... WHAT AN ANALOGY!!!! brilliant... another of sherryism... whats even worse is that u try to pin it on my LOGIC... hahahhahahah.. i know what its called. i know its CFC and not LAMPARDFC. but i also know what SFL has done for the same CFC in question. the 211 goals, the numerous torphies he helped CFC win etc etc... one goal DOES NOT and WILL NOT delete any of THAT. saying something "wrong" and abusing a LEGEND are 2 different things. you can express your "grief" on him scoring and preventing us from getting 3 points with calling HIM as a "money whore". also, if u call a LEGEND like SFL with that name, other fans, who still respect and adore him, are in their own rights to call you out on it.
