We shouldn't expect him to kiss the badge but respect it.. no need for fake emotions just for the sake of it for cheap popularity, in my opinion he is more than capable of earning our complete respect for what he does on the pitch.

Lampard was right to take the penalty himself.. he earned it and he had a point to make.. well done - Mata MOTM, mentions out to Ba and Moses
-
JT posted this on instagram.. Such a sad day for our club.

As long as Lampard continues to contribute to the team, I think he should stay. That said, no man is bigger than the club, no room for demi-gods. You'd expect more diplomacy from a club captain. -
Voted for The only place to be.. Why? Well, Henrique summed it up nicely..
-
You look at this CV and see that he has worked himself up from playing amateur football and not being able to pay for food while being on trials to moving to a club like Chelsea. Seems like a great lad with good attitude and work ethics. Keep it up Ba!
-
Huge fan of him since his days from Hoffenheim where he and Ibisevic were unstoppable
-
Welcome aboard, Ba! Chelsea's number 29
-
He can be registered without announcing his signing to the fans officially..
-
The 20mil includes his wages over the 3,5 years also as far as ive read.. people are adding all sorts of sums to the 7,5 mil to make it look like a bad transfer for chelsea
-
Not going to bash the players for one bad performance. Complete trust in them and whoever Rafa chooses. Good luck! Needless to say expecting a win. Maybe we might even get a look at Ba in Chelsea shirt

I rate PvA a lot more than Bertrand.. never seen what's so special about Ryan... only thing is he is HG..
-
Would love to have him here.. top lad, always joking around and boosting morale.. rate him highly as a player..
-
Most likely the reason why Benitez rested some of the key players was bcs EPL is out of reach and winning the cup is realistic.. so in that sense i agree with him about the player lineup choice. As I said before, you'd expect other squad members to show up when presented with such opportunity.
-
Very good post.. mature and spot on.. please post more often, mate Agree with you in every sense
-
I get that we've got 2 fullbacks.. but where was Bertrand? Nowhere to be seen.. Azpi was bombing the right flank like a mad man.. all in all very dull performance. Nothing wrong with the lineup, bcs the men on the field just didn't turn up... you'd expect a team of Chelsea's caliber to be able to field a few of their normally substitute players and still grind out a result but not to be. QPR wanted it more, needed it more and deserved it more. Ivanovic and Torres both had several 100% chances, not to mention Moses was a toe poke away from connecting to Oscar's cross. Would have cemented our stop in third position but title was a long shot anyway.. hopefully we can bounce back. Shouts out to Oscar and Azpilicueta..
-
Very solid.. a proper CF.. has developed a good touch and crossing ability.. shame he missed the 2 headers in the end.. otherwise a realistic hat trick on the cards.
-
nominating The only place to be, bcs I find myself agreeing with almost his every post.. keep it up mate.. runner up for me is Corner
-
Happy New Year ( and the official start of the January transfer window! )
-
a ) One thing is what the papers are reporting and the other thing is reality. We don't know if we are having any serious negotiations in the first place and if we are - why are they stalling? b ) If we accept his demands right away and pay him and his agents more than his market value, it will set a tone for next transfers and we will be milked over and over again.. time to reform our image from a club that gives out 150k weekly wages to a club that handles business with more care than in the past.. no player is bigger than the club.

Hello, You gain weight when your calories intake is in surplus to the energy going out.. simple enough. Now when we talk about gains.. im assuming you mean MUSCLE mass and not mass gain in fat etc.. Healthy pure mass gain due to clean bulk(aka muscle and minimum amount of fat) is about 18-20 lbs a YEAR.. so don't tempt yourself with gaining bucketloads of weight, thinking it's all muscle, bcs it's not. A good reference to protein and its absorption: You really don't need 40, or 30, or probably even 20g of protein per meal to keep your protein synthesis humming along. Any protein that your body can't use for growth will be shuttled into a process where it is broken down (de-aminated: meaning the nitrogen is removed from the molecule and it becomes a carbon skeleton) to be used in energy pathways. Now, there are benefits for eating extra protein (in my opinion) when dieting, mainly that it helps to suppress appetite. But the bottom line to the question is... A. Your body can digest and absorb almost all of the protein you eat without problem. B. Your muscles can only do so much with protein...the muscle growth process is RARELY, if ever limited by the amount of protein we consume. Almost all of us can easily get enough protein for maximum muscle growth without the need for eating 50g of protein 6 times per day. Ronnie Coleman, Jay Cutler, and Gunter Schlerkcamp excluded, of course. Overall, I'd think twice about the need to slam down a 40-50g protein shake 3 times per day... Just think of the children and puppies you'll save by not gassing them out with protein farts. Patience is the key.. good luck!

I didnt suggest you being someone who vouches for a club just because countrymen play here.. again your wild imagination,, fair enough.. noone mentioned he was bad, there were concerns whether he is too rash in his challanges, his happy go lucky attitude might end in a bad way in the future, costing us the game.. definately something for him to work on. Last part of your post isn't worth replying to.. full of venom and childishness.. relax a bit and bring valid arguments.. cba having a forum battle over something so miniscule..
-
I get that you're brazilian and really take it way too personally.. calling everyone who does not 100% agree with you a Luiz hater, but in the end of the day..as a chelsea fan i want best for the club.. Luiz is a great player but brining out that he is reckless in challanges doesn't mean that we hate him.. stop making bad assumptions mate..
-
Yellow+yellow=red.. enough reason for criticism.. he is reckless.. deep inside you know it and luckily it didnt cost us the game
-
It isn't always the nature of the tackle but the sheer number of fouls.. and Luiz is known for his ill timing and moments of 'brilliance'.. it is a justified fear.. in my eyes, he was lucky not to receive a red
-
Absolutely agree.. Ramires, Luiz and Azpilicueta disappointed me with their sloppy careless passes, but in the end it was 3 points.. deserved or not - we get them anyway Pienaar and Baines were very good.. howcome Pienaar didn't make it at Tottenham?
