I didn't say you should believe him just because he's Portuguese. He's a respected journalist across Europe who has sources in Portugal where our manager happens to be from. Twitter is a medium. Is Chelsea's official twitter account not a reliable source? Saying twitter isn't a reliable source is like saying newspapers are crap because of Daily Star. You use your judgement to filter out the bad "sources" from good ones.

Filipe Luis, precisely because he's 28, is the safest pick out of all mentioned.
