I think you are really overestimating the pull a manager has when it comes to things like this. Jose CAN probably attract players like no other (except Guardiola), but if De Rossi leaves, the biggest reason will be because he realizes Roma need to sell him. After that it's probably the chance to win something at a club level

Regardless of the validity of the article, I am of the opinion that ANYONE could go for the right price, and £35M for Luiz would be just that. If it did happen, I'd be sad to see him go, but £35M is a significant amount that screams overvaluation from the buyer.
