  1. Watched the game in a boozer called the Iron Horse in Hope Street in the centre of Glasgow with a few like inded friends. Never, EVER been so nervous in my life when the bin dippers pulled it back to 2-3 but blinding, I would have to say that the majority of fans in the bar were willing on Chels. End of the game I taught the fuckers "Celery", which drew both amusing and aghast looks from the bar staff and regulars, then I looked on the juke box for inspiration.......and found Primal Scream's "Give out but dont give up" album, I put every fucking song on and the place was leaping. Blinding
  2. Scouser who have been going for a while will remember the 4-2 cup game at the Bridge in 97 when we were 0-2 down at half time. REALLY got behind the team in the second half and urged them on to a fantastic come back. All that when there was no shed end at the time either. More of the same on Weds will do the job. Also, I wouldnt like to advocate violence , But I hope any bin dippers found in home area's are dealt with severly
  3. I think thats now ten games against us that Ronaldo has played in and he is yet to shine. Think back to the Cup Final last season, He was totally invisible. I pissed myself laughing at Fergie yesterday, Never seen him so red faced with anger. Whinging like fuck about the penalty when he knows full fucking well that, if the tables had been turned he'd have been claiming it. The wheels have come off United's wagon the last few weeks, he knows it and, at present, he seems to be unable to do anything about it. Its ridiculous really as they have been light years ahead of us this season in terms of confidence, flair, etc but all credit to our players who, to a man, yesterday were outstanding. Utd, lost the plot yesterday, Ferdinand kicking a lady steward, the team ending out fighting with groundstaff, whining about decision's. Let me tell you, If Barca score on Tuesday then they are out, They just wont come back from it. The Happy Hammers as well have been pony recently but always seem to do something against Man Ure. You never know, you just never know
  4. You lot horsing us 9 - 3 and 5 - 1 :ballack: and us becoming unofficial World Champions after the 3-2 slaughter at Wembley in 67. Not to mention the 2-1 annilalation again at Wembley in 77' when the Pitch, Goalposts and burger vans headed north. Great times, sadly cant see it being the same again. The originals are still the greatest
  5. Risse was told, Another performance like at' and we'll send the guv'nor round to see you
  6. From Football365: CAPELLO KEEN ON ENGLAND v SCOTLAND Posted 25/04/08 11:12EmailPrintSave England manager Fabio Capello is keen on a friendly against Scotland but has ruled it out until at least 2010. Capello held a fixtures meeting with Football Association officials last week to draw up his plans for next year - crucial for England in their qualification campaign for the 2010 World Cup finals in South Africa - and a Scotland game was not on the agenda. The Italian coach had been prepared to play a friendly at Wembley next month but that fell through after his Scotland counterpart George Burley decided it was not the right time. There is still an appetite for the game to take place however in the future, and Scottish FA chief executive Gordon Smith said a friendly is still "definitely back on". FA director of communications Adrian Bevington said: "I don't envisage us playing Scotland over the next year but as Gordon Smith has said there is certainly a desire on our part to find a suitable date to arrange a fixture with Scotland in the future. "However we won't be in a position to do so for quite some time. "We were of course ready to host Scotland next month following previous positive conversations but unfortunately Scotland were unable to take up that fixture. "We fully appreciate the level of interest that an England-Scotland fixture would generate and of course it's something we will be discussing further with Gordon Smith and the Scottish FA." Scotland and England have not played each other since their Euro 2000 play-off in 1999, but Smith has held fresh talks with FA counterpart Brian Barwick. Smith told The Sun: "I've had discussions with Brian Barwick about resurrecting the Scotland v England games and it's definitely back on. "It might be 2010 before we get a game. The idea would be to establish some sort of relationship for one-off games or even have them bi-annually."
  7. Well, Lets face it, the old Bin dippers are a strange breed anyway mate.
  8. Well, I mean, IF he is a pooh miner then what blokes going to want to give him a portion? Lets face it, Ginger hair and a face like a bulldog licking piss off a thistle? Mind you, there's always Avram, Knew he'd come in handy for something
  9. cock stash eh??? I mean, he aint a Marmite Valley warrior is he?, One can only wonder! Riise the worshipper of the chocolate starfish eh?!
  10. I thought Lampard was very, very poor on Tuesday, Possibly he had other things on his mind, and who wouldnt understand that? Trouble is, If he thought that he was maybe going to struggle against the bin dippers then maybe he shouldnt have played. I commend him for making the effort but he was poor.
  11. Couldnt agree more with Henry Winter. The Likes of Hughes and Moyes are putting in the effort, the groundwork, to build their careers. Whereas Grunt simply gets a little lift up from his "chum" The more I think about it, The more I would love it if Abramovich swallowed hispride, fucked Grunt off, and offered the job to Hughes. I think Hughes would walk over broken glass for it. Top Man
  12. HAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH AHAHAHAHAHAHHAHA FUCKING SCOUSE CUNTS! We were shit tonight again I thought, Utter fucking shit and Malouda?, why the fuck was he playing???? he is pony. Lampard was so badly at fault at their goal. Taking Ballack, who I thought looked capable, and leaving Lamps on was just stupid. I know Joey as poor but any worse than Malouda? Anyway, listening to talkSPORT just now and the scally bin dippers are whining like fuck
  13. Well, The more pressure and ridicule heaped on Grant the better. Can only help to put us out of our misery. Even the sports pages up here have started digging him out!
  14. From today's daily mail Grim for Grant as Blues manager loses the plot after lack of backing from Chelsea hierarchy By MATT LAWTON - More by this author » Last updated at 15:07pm on 19th April 2008 Comments Avram Grant fears he has lost the backing of his employers and can do nothing to save his job as Chelsea manager. Grant gave a bizarre press conference in the wake of Thursday night's 1-0 win at Everton, providing nonsensical, monosyllabic answers that eventually forced the Chelsea press officer to end the exchange saying it was "going nowhere". The Israeli has lost patience with certain sections of the media and he could deliver an even more obtuse performance at Anfield on Monday prior to the first leg of Chelsea's Champions League semi-final against Liverpool the following night. Up in arms: Avram Grant Read more... Chelsea line up double raid for Napoli starlets Hamsik and VarrialeChelsea blunder has put us well on course for title, says United boss FergusonChelsea boss Avram loses the plot in post-match meltdown after Essien keeps Blues in title raceREVEALED: Avram Grant finally gives his thoughts on Chelsea's victory over Everton But Grant's frustration is also being fuelled by Chelsea's failure to offer him the protection and support his record this season deserves. Chelsea reject the accusation, insisting that Grant knows he has the backing of owner Roman Abramovich and chief executive Peter Kenyon. But Bruce Buck, the Chelsea chairman, refused to give his full support to his manager earlier this month and when Grant took his own steps to improve his public image — by turning to former newspaper editor Phil Hall for guidance — the move was not warmly received by club officials. Now Grant wonders if he has to win either the Champions League or the Barclays Premier League to survive. Even then it may not be enough because the players, Grant suspects, are getting more credit than he is. According to sources yesterday, the best Grant can now hope for is a return to his former role as director of football after what could be a total clear-out of the coaching staff. Steve Clarke's future already appears to be elsewhere and Henk Ten Cate may not remain at the club unless Frank Rijkaard is appointed as manager. Grant has been angered by Chelsea's very obvious reluctance to kill speculation — not least when questions were put to Buck 10 days ago. Asked whether Grant would still be Chelsea manager next season, Buck said: "I think it is a 'yes or no' question and I'm not going to give you a 'yes or no' answer. "We thought that when you change managers, you have to have some re-building. So we are unbelievably happy that we are here, where we are now. "Having said that, and don't take this the wrong way, every manager at every club is judged by results." Given Grant's record since succeeding Jose Mourinho last September, he feels he deserves more recognition not only from the media but from the club. Grant has at least been boosted by the news that Michael Ballack is expected to recover from a hamstring strain in time to face Liverpool. Didier Drogba may also be fit, having had fluid drained off his left knee. Frank Lampard remains a doubt, however. He has not trained since dashing away before Chelsea's Monday draw against Wigan to be at the bedside of his mother Pat who is seriously ill in hospital, suffering from pneumonia. Should Lampard be out, Chelsea face being short of numbers in midfield with Michael Essien suspended. Meanwhile, Chelsea are understood to be pressing on with summer recruitment despite Grant's uncertain status. Napoli's goalscoring Slovakia international midfielder Marek Hamsik, 20, and youth team winger Umberto Varriale, 17, have been scouted.
  15. You dont half talk some shite, honestly, you really do. Its supposed to be the same with the BBC MOTD contract but when did you last see Fergie give them an interview? Never since he fell out with Alan Green a couple of years back. In fact, during Grant's "interview" he even said that he had no problem with Sky, and that he enjoyed watching it what a clown
  16. Avram Grant for England? Now there's a somewhat thrilling thought...................From a scottish point of view anyway
  17. aye this is true, But I meant with the full regalia, Knee length black boots, white jodpurs, White shirt with bow tie, Red tunic, top hat and a whip...........Having thought about it, if that was Samantha Janus in that get up then I might even drop my boycott and attend myself
  18. Rumour has it that Avram Grant is so tight that he once dropped 50p, He bent down that fast to pick it up that it hit the cunt on the back of the neck
  19. If we carry on like this we'll have a ringmaster introducing the players onto the pitch next season.
  20. Well you know esk, I dont like to brag, Lets just say that I hope Roman's enjoying my sloppy seconds
  21. well I certainly wouldnt....Not unless I had a huge pair of the old beer goggles on anyway
  22. I agree with Hughes, Think he would be a hugely popular choice and one who certainly wouldnt tolerate Abramovich trying to interfere in the dressing room. Done his time at Rovers and been very successful.
  23. If he wanted to make a point he should have just boycotted the interview, By giving the answers he did I thnk he just made himself look even more stupid than most people aready think he is.
