We have enough experienced players in the squad even without Malouda. Cech, Cole, Terry, Lamps are the 'old guard', Ivanović and Mikel have been here also for quite a while, Essien is still there, Meireles is not a young player, Torres is 28... Flo is becoming worse and worse every season and getting rid of him should be one of the priorities, especially bearing in mind that we will probably sign another winger. But IMO afterall he'll stay one more season even though he did absolutely nothing for the last two years to deserve it.
