By reading their opinions, simple. Maybe they were too old to sing. Seriously now, that could've been the case but I assure you there are plenty of people (starting from TC) who were there for the club when we were shit and they think the same.

It's not the gloryhunters who are singing those songs, those are people who have supported this club through thick and thin, who love it more than any manager, player or owner. He's not right, where has that come from now ?

The great Guus Hiddink was interim, wasn't he ? At least judging from the duration of his contract. So who the fuck is this cunt to say anything about it ? Again, he was a spectator for two years and we gave him a job. He's not only a terrible coach, he's an even worse person.

Can imagine AVB's cheeky smile now, but cannot imagine the picture of him jumping around when they beat us at the Bridge and ruin our (what is it now, like 22 years) long unbeaten record.

He wasnt that bad today (i.e. pass that lead to our penalty was quite brilliant), compared to some other performances. But the fact is his stability and consistency has gone in the wrong direction: he's becoming consistently bad. Likewise our whole defence. I am not so much worried because I'm certain when the right manager comes in he will pick up and start producing again. A season to forget, simply.

The team and the 'organisation' were set-up as if we were playing Barcelona with our squad from last year. Somebody really needs to go ASAP. We are now in a situation were a TOP 4 finish is less likely than ever. We'd do better even without a manager than with the current one.

Agreed. We should support our youngsters, no matter how good we think they are. I remember when Edin Dzeko started his career and a local Bosnian club at the time claimed they were lucky enough to get some money for him (like 300k euros). People were even making fun of him calling him deadwood and stuff like that. A few years later, that same 'deadwood' became a 30M euros player. Point is nobody can really know what might happen in the future.

A few people have told me this, I think even Dan Levene (usually quite reliable) tweeted it. Don't know if its true, but sometimes I catch myself thinking 'what kind of club am I supporting...'
