Apart from this season, he was always one of the leaders in our team. I actually feel sorry for him, he'd probably be better off moving to Italy. Yes he declined and is not up to the level needed to play at Chelsea, but the abuse he is getting is ridiculous and undeserved. This guy should be remembered as a Chelsea great, and not based just on this season. Mourinho playing him every single game, and making him captain aswell, is purely a managerial decision. I'm sure Ivanovic is trying, but its not good enough for Chelsea anymore and his manager is paid to see and react if such things happen.

Why doesn't he put players on the posts when defending corners? FFS we've been knocked out of the Champions League last year because we had no one on the post. This year we've already conceded quite a few very avoidable goals from corners.

Don't think he needs to be dropped. What he needs is to win a game for us, score a goal or two against Arsenal and get us the three points. Confidence will be restored, then unleash him against Walsall and lets see if he can score again. Ideally this is the best scenario for him.

Perfect player when playing against a parked bus. Goes missing in a bigger game or in a game with higher tempo due to lack of energy and pace. Should be rotated accordingly, therefore should not start against Arsenal, should come on if we are losing.

Kenedy is very raw, ironically he probably would be better off with a season at Vitesse. Traore for me is miles better at the moment and definitely more mature as a player. Should start at right wing with Dave behind him, if Pedro and Willian are out.

Precisely. Loftus should play with Matic and Oscar, 3 quick, aggressive and very mobile players who are able to pass the ball very well aswell as run with it. All 3 of them can score from distance too. With Baba and Dave as full-backs we might look a lot better.Mourinho must not make that mistake and try to turn Loftus into another Mikel.
