In todays Sun it's saying we are going to fight it out with Man City for him. Heard mixed reviews which is more negative then positive. If Man City take him, i'll take Richards anyday! What a machine that guy is!

Think if We had a front three in the future of Mata Cavani Sturridge.... They can play together. We just need a super midfielder to replace lampard, a right back and will be getting back to the way we were. This is a dream at the moment though. As mentioned above Cavani isn't the only great player Napoli have and if he became available, I would imagine he would choose Man City for money. That said, IF he did, I think we should move for Dzeko!

I third this. I've been saying for months and will do, we are lacking a goalscorer, thank god didi found some form or we would be in all kinds of trouble, Torres looks worse now than when he joined.

Hope Torres doesn't start this one for us. Looks useless again. IMO we need a centre back, Right back, Centre Mid and Striker. I think Cahill is overrated, this year Bolton have been Awful. Seems he is unsettled. 17M being banded about for him. No way i'd pay that. Not sure who is available here. RB - I'd LOVE to sign Kyle Walker from spurs, Can't see that happening. Again not sure of any decent ones that are available. CM - Snjedar, Gotze? Lukaku doesn't look anything close to ready. Torres is whoopsie. Lukaku needs a loan deal. Torres needs to be a backup. We are generally being found out because NONE of our strikers can finish. I've been saying this for months. Look at Drogs,Anelka,Torres record this whole year. I am genuinely amazed we ended up second last season.

We have this wobble every year. Whilst I don't think it's pleasing to see the way the defence is playing (Have we kept a clean sheet), we are in that transitional period IMO. I think our midfield is used to having our 1 anchor, where as if you play rammy, meireles, lamps, they all drive forward. add that with Jose and Ash, it seems if they go forward too, while yes we are attacking, our defence is open EVERY time. Not to mention, we do not have a main striker. Thats whats killing us. Torres,Drogba,Anelka not cutting it at all. Very Poor. We have no one else to play there, unless we play Danny up top and get someone on the right. This is our problem. In Summary: Our strikers are shit.
