  1. Torres would probably miss the penalty even on an empty net.
  2. Torres might actually score in this one and then some of the fans will suddenly start to hope for a return in form. Truth is, the less we see him in a Chelsea shirt, the better.
  3. I won't defend him anymore, it's so depressing watching him every time he has the ball on his feet. So far he has been one of the worst transfers in the history of the sport and he will never be able to overturn this major disappointment that he has caused to millions of fans around the world. Not this season anyway, and in all likelihood it will be his last in the Chelsea shirt.
  4. Barcelona is Mourinho's new nightmare, if I was him I'd leave asap. It's obvious that with this team he is not capable of beating them. I still think that Barcelona will lift the trophy in the end, even though Madrid is 5 points clear (I think?). Madrid will undoubtedly drop points plus they have a game at Nou Camp.
  5. I hate our back four, always have. All of our defenders are overrated, apart from Cole and Ivanovic. And apart from them two Carvalho and Alex were our only good and consistent defenders since the Roman era imo. Haven't seen Cahill play much so I don't have an opinion on him but I seriously hope that he's better than Terry or Luiz.
  6. Important win, but Torres has failed to score once again I see...
  7. I'm going for a draw with loads of goals, 2-2 or 3-3. Our defence is poor but considering we're the home team we should score a goal or two.
  8. Nice victory, but I'm a bit disappointed with Avb in this one for not giving Lukaku a few minutes more.
  9. I would be saying 'team comes first and it doesn't matter whether he scores goals or not, as long as he works for the team and helps the team score it's fine.' But it's not, he must start scoring because that's what the club paid millions for. He was bought to score goals, simple as.
  10. I'm not. Any coach in the world would fail to improve with this poor squad we have.
  11. Because it's typical. I just wonder how the club and players will be celebrating the New Year tonight. It's so depressing to think about the new year we have ahead, maybe we'll lose another 5 times at home in the league and then get embarrassed 5-0 by Barcelona in the Champions League, if not by Napoli. I hate thinking about it. Nothing to celebrate for really.
  12. I wouldn't blame him. I bet he regrets the day he joined.
  13. Jerking off is way more enjoyable than watching this mediocre team playing.
  14. Well said. It irritates me how some fans think that Hiddink is god just because he turned our season around in 2009. Well, credit to him, but he had an in-form Malouda, an in-form Lampard, Drogba, Essien, Terry, Anelka... the list goes on. I bet he would also fail with the current squad we have. I'm not saying Villas Boas doesn't make mistakes - he has made a few big ones this season but to put all the blame on him is unfair. Just be patient, numerous fans of other elite clubs would love to have Villas Boas as the manager of their club, I know many who do. It's a shame that some of our fans are treating him this way.
  15. Although he looked good today, I still am convinced that he will never return to his old form and that he has no future at Chelsea. I can see him scoring here and there while Drogba is away, but once Drogba is back he will continue to warm the bench and he will then be sold in the summer. It's sad, but it's reality. Torres is gone.
  16. Has Jose really been that impressive with Madrid so far? Would he actually do any better than AVB with the current squad? I bet not.
  17. Yeah right, keep blaming the manager. It's something that these fans and Roman will actually never realize, the manager is NOT the problem. Why blame AVB and not the players? It's the players, they are past it. Ancelotti was fantastic in his first season because most of the current starting players were on great form. They no longer are, which is why Carlo failed last year and AVB has been disappointing so far. You can't do miracles with this weak squad. And the subs were absolutely spot on. Lampard was poor and Torres was way better than Sturridge.
  18. Moment of 2011 David Luiz scoring against United Man of 2011 Daniel Sturridge. We're lucky to have him, our season could have been even worse. Villain of 2011 Torres, no doubt. Hope for 2012 Hopefully 2012 is a more successful year for the club and hopefully Torres finally starts to perform. If there is no sign of improvement, then I hope he leaves in the summer.
  19. If I wasn't a Chelsea fan I would probably hate him. He is one of the worst examples of a footballer, and he has nobody but himself to blame for damaging his own image and reputation, it becomes worse each day. I don't think I'm even going to feel sorry for him if he gets punished.
  20. Drogba definitely, he knows how to score against Tottenham. But if he's not good, then AVB should give Torres at least 20 minutes. If things remain this way for a longer period Torres definitely has no future in this club and should be sold in the summer.
