He'd never get to play anyway so it deosn't matter. Essien would start ahead of him every time. A squad player for us means 'you have no hope of getting 2 full games in a row no matter how well you play'. Where would Pienaar have fitted in all this exactly anyway? I doubt he would have started too many,if he did it probably would have been at the expense of Ramires.

Stick him in midfield in place of Essien next season. I think it was Carlo treating him harsh but he doesn't know how to treat Torres either or Benayoun.

Big Drog I agree with everything you say. Remember the bottlers Arsenal and the terrible season they've had? Well they're a measly 3 points below us,despite us spending £100m since last summer. It's just not good enough, but Roman isn't daft and can probably see the problem we have.

We have a habit under Carlo of starting at snails pace,going behind and then Carlo making the wrong subs,changing formation ,looking disjointed and finally losing without a real fight. Happened 3 times against Man u in the space of a few months. Luiz or a new signing.

Maybe Luiz is a midfielder. Real used to play Karembeu in central defence and it was a joke. Sort of reminds me of that.

2nd or 3rd i'm not arsed now. As long as Liverpool stay out of the top 4 i'll be happy.

There isn't room in the squad for Mikel,Essien and Rami as far as i'm concerned.
