Really? I'd have thought a student city would have plenty of places to party, or is Cambridge an exception because it's the snooty of all snooty universities?
Currently, no, Wisey would not make a good manager, but in 10-15 times when he has matured as a manager, experienced a lot of management, had ups and downs, he may well be a top experienced manager pefectly suited for us. Wild speculation though.
Well unrelated issue, but I feel most aren't. But mate, you're an admin here and if you want to change things you could! I'm against censorship personally, but as long as it is used responsibly, ie to cover only the worst words, I shant complain.
I'm not having a dig at all your spelling, just "ludacris". Not because it is your error, but because it saddens me that someone might think it is that due to a rapper using it as his name.
Hahaha
CM2000, come on now, you needed to be a little more subtle than that!
I suppose this was only a matter of time, given the circumstances of his appointment.
I think you're right Luke, but given the number of days between the game I really don't think they should have been doing that.
Look at the BBC player rater: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/t...ext/6173703.stm
Apparently the best player on the pitch was Petr Cech, and I think he made one very easy save throughout the match! Tells you all you need to know.
Terrible.
We went there to draw obviously. So much for Avram Grant's attacking football. You can stick yer attacking football up ya arse! We really should have been going for at least an away goal, to come away with a 0-0 makes the whole game completely and utterly pointless.
I feel really fucking sorry for everyone who made the huge effort to travel over there in their horrific weather. The club should refund every single one of you for having to endure that torrid display.
I think Cracker's point is that the Israeli's aren't the worst at it, but he seems to miss the point that that is completely irrelevant, it's a problem if they are racist and hooligans at all. And bombing the Palestinian football team's stadium is pretty bad, and I can see why they did it. If Palestine has a nationally recognised football team, it's another step towards full independence and a significant one.
Don't bemoan the people not working for claiming benefits. Often the scenario is they do better with benefits than with a job, so why should they work? It's a problem at government level, I'd say something associated with Labour.
