I would have thought ebay is alright for clothes. Ebay works by you bidding on an item that is open for bidding for a certain period, usually like a week. If, at the end of bidding, your bid is the highest, you get to buy the item, and then you have to pay the supplier via the ebay site. If they ask you to pay by other means, avoid and report them to ebay, cause they're trying to scam you.
