Yeah, I don't think sets out to be selfish. I think Schurrle is a limited, almost one-dimensional footballer; he's not really going to help link play, play passes in the build-up and create for others (he lacks the fundamental ability to do these things, imo). And to make matters worse, he's competing for minutes which makes him even more desperate than normal - and I think he has frustrated some of his teammates a great deal this season (Costa in particular has given him the look quite a few times already ). I don't think he will get much better to be honest; he's a decent enough player but I doubt there's much scope for improvement. He is what he is.

Zouma keeps getting linked with a January loan to Besiktas for some odd reason. I know the two clubs have recently struck a partnership agreement but a loan for Zouma just doesn't make sense on any level.

Well, I see a lot of basketballers wearing mouthguards and I don't see why players couldn't/shouldn't wear them. Also my own psuedoscience thoery is that if wearing a mouthguard helps your breathing as suggested that in turn must help your thinking ability...perfect for the likes of Schurrle and Salah

Probably not; the lower league types seem to ratchet the cuntishness up a few notches, and the refs give them leeway for some strange reason.

I'm legit upset for Zouma, man. I HATE when things like this happen. He was playing really well and getting much needed minutes and ends up getting stretchered off before the half. WHY GOD!?!?!?! WHY!??!?!

To be fair, I think his body shape when passing is what throws most people off. Although a guy his size is never going to look like Xavi when passing the ball so I don't know why. All I know is Cahill can't make some of the long-balls Zouma has in his games so far.
