Quite a road that is! I wonder how will this look like in 10 years Jim will develop it into a world's first 3d website Haha it's brilliant to read some old transfer topics about certain players xD

I had a feeling we had more of nervy clumsy games coming, but I expected our multi million team to beat a team from a fucking 3rd divison! Screw all the excuses, injuries, form and the rest, we should have beaten them, plain and simple. The gap in quality is too damn high for us to go down 2 times and barely scrape a draw. I can't understand why are players playing like they are on drugs when this is the only competition we have a chance to win!? Fuck Rafa and his motivation, they should be burning to kick some arse and win a trophy! Sure, Lamps is tired, he's been playing like crazy every few games, so he can get an excuse. Defense has been decent more or less, but through balls behind our CBs are troubling us for some time now, and it's continuing as we go... Cole was brilliant, especially his work rate. He has won shitload of FA cups, he is over 30, yet he can teach some players what is passion and desire. Ramires sure is a beast of a sportsman, but some of his football moves and intelligence are below mine for fucks sake! For some time now, he has lost so many balls, misplaced so many passes and made so much clumsy challenges, I don't know what's going on with him, it happened all before, but much less... Tired Lamps, and Ramires making a mistake every 2nd time he touches a ball is one hell of a double pivot...definitely a position we must address in the summer. Marin? Player of his quality should be able to beat a defender from a 3rd league. Enough said. Bertrand's position is definitely not on the left wing...he somehow disappears from the game when he plays there. Oscar did alright, but he failed to be influential in our game in the absence of Mata and Eden. Goal was rather nice as his goals usually are. I would like to see him pick some nice passes though like I saw him do when he plays for Brazil...somehow since he came, he hasn't sent that much passes, but it's kinda hard when you have Torres in front. Considering this is Oscar's 1st season, the jump in quality from Brazil to England and his age, I can say he did rather well. Torres? Useless for 5/6 of the game. He was just jogging around and waiting for a miracle to happen. On some occasions he worked hard to get the ball back, so credit where credit is due, but again, considering the team we were facing, considering his wage, I would expect him to terrorize the opposition and score more then 1 goal. It's was a fucked up situation though, his movement wasn't good, and our attacks weren't good anyway...miracle he managed to score really...That goal was nice though, yet I'm afraid that because of it, we may see him start again Subs were late again...I was screaming for full 10 minutes at TV for Benitez to bring on Ba, yet our epic striker was sitting on the bench watching us losing against a team from League One... Sure, surprises happen, and it's not like our team is an well oiled up machine, but it pisses me of when we fail to beat a team when we have 10 times of their quality... What we learned? Our attacks are absolutely useless without Eden and Juan. Ba and Moses also help our a lot.

Would anyone give this a listen and give me his opinion ? MC Yankoo is a musician from Serbia And be honest, I won't be offended if you say he sucks

Lol he looks like Wolverine assaulted him

Let's not forget that he came back from an injury and played like in every couple of days. It's difficult to return fitness in his age... Last season we've seen how better his performances were when he got rotated and rested. At the moment, we simply don't have enough midfield options to do it I want him for another year, and his performance yesterday hasn't been worse then Mata's, Oscar's or Ramires' for example ...

Hope Ivory win it this year Some great players in that team...

Good player we could've used, but at 27 years of age and his style of play...we already have that in Ba, and I like Demba more anyway Good signing for them, they really need a player like Llorente.

Come home mate, screw those latin prima donnas! :blue scalf:

And what? We sack Rafa, bring some average guy and then what? Sack him also when we realize that he is actually average? We are already being made fun of, and for fuck's sake, we are 3rd in the league atm, and managers ain't friggin' socks! We have the 2nd best attack and 2nd best defense in the league! We are still in the FA Cup, and it wasn't Rafa's fault that we are out of the CL...even our defeat to Swansea, it was mostly due to 2 individual errors, we haven't been that bad in that game. And yes, we do not have a team that has enough quality to compete for the 1st place in the league. Our midfield isn't good, and our striking department isn't good. That's like 2/4 areas of the team that ain't on the level they should be. And on the other side, Hazard, Oscar, Azpi, Moses...came recently, still very young... Ba came like half a month ago...they've done well, but let's not forget how much time they've spent with the club and their current age. I still can't believe how some of them have adapted and done so far, but they can only do so much...they are yet to show their best to us, and some of them are yet to learn English well. I'm surprised with the expectation our fans are having considering managerial changes, our young team, lack of a deadly striker, improvised double pivot...and the sheer number of games we've played so far! We haven't been as good as we should have under Robbie, and I do believe Roman never planned on keeping him at the club unless he had done more miracles again. Our defending was just bad and somehow we were battling hard for a win in almost each game. On the other hand, Rafa did good with Valencia, did good with Liverpool and used 4-2-3-1 formation along with Torres there really well. He was easily available to bring so when we looked at this from a neutral side, it wasn't such a bad signing. Don't forget that we won't get our usual millions from the CL and with chances of not qualifying for the CL this season, it wasn't an easy choice for the board to make. All this said, I hate that we sacked RDM and I hate that we brought Rafa, it shouldn't have been done...I'm just trying to show you the situation from some different angles. I understand the love for Chelsea and I understand the passion. I understand that emotions can hit us hard when Blues ain't doing well, but there is no reason for us to go into to ,,Sack his ass!" ,,This is disgrace" mode. Although, bringing Benitez, Liverpool "legend" if I may call him that for our own legend who won us 1st CL in our history and our 2nd double is rather disgraceful indeed. But we ain't helping the club by sticking it up their arse, putting pressure all around and disrupting a already disrupted harmony. I am not here every day, watching every game because of my love for our chairman, board, fans, Ivanovic, some other player or manager. I am here because of the club. It is the club I love the most above everything, and at the moment, my judgement is that things ain't that bad as some of you make then out to be. Some top clubs would kill to be in our situation...

I'm happy with Rafa's work so far Not brilliant, but no awful either. FA Cup aside, we are out of the trophy races, but we are still doing alright in the league, and out football is mostly interesting to watch. I want us to finish 3rd or 2nd and then finally bring Jose home and end all this bullshit. Sell Torres also and cut all out bloody ties with Liverpool... Why sack him ffs!? Who would you bring? And what if he starts doing bad also? Sack him also?

Horrendous, horrendous game from us. One of the worst games of Chelsea I've watched this season. Awful passing, amateur errors...using the same tactic when it was evident it doesn't work...we looked like an inferior team for most of the game...they were usually 1 step ahead and seemed to have a player more on the pitch, which was the case later anyway Our movement off the ball was awful and player movement overall has been rather low and slow. It could be that the players weren't fresh enough after the Arsenal game in which they've run like demons, but credits to Swansea also, they played really well. Their defending was amazing. And that kick...I still can't see if Eden kicked the ball or kid's ribs, but it was a stupid red card that will get journos on Hazard's back and make him unavailable in the following games...I felt he had a decent game before he was sent of, unlike Oscar and Mata, though Oscar did help out a lot in defense. And that kid...well if I was in his position, and we played against Barca for example, I would be down even more He did piss me of though...let's not make a big fuss about it, Eden apologized, kid apologized, case solved. The player who disappointed me the most was...Mata. He was useless on the pitch. Non existent when we were defending, when with the ball either too slow or he would send "Mikel passes" or his forward passes would get usually intercepted or knocked back. Even in the Arsenal game, I felt he was below his best, but he still did alright, but in this game, he was just bad. I don't know what it is, fatigue, Swansea's tactic or a bad day, but I hope he gets back in form soon. No crosses in also. Ba in attack, Cole, Azpi, Mata, Oscar, Hazard...and no fucking useful crosses. No shots from distance either...all we wanted was to walk our way into their goal, aside the fact that Swansea have one of the best defenses in the league...we were running our head towards the wall, and doing it until the ref blew the whistle... I'm actually happy we are out, I don't want Rafa winning trophies with us which would secure his position a bit. I want him out, and want Jose finally back in the summer. And show some sportsmanship to Swansea ffs instead of called them names, they were brilliant in the 2nd game and actually played football rather then defend for their lives. Good that we have a game against Brentford next coming up, we need a "easier" game to chill the fuck out a bit.

Bring Lukaku back, sign Fellaini, and put them in attack along with Ba
-
On the ball, indeed, but Moses can shoot much better and his strength helps out both ways. And Marin on the right wing, isn't bad, but it's not really his position that much. He is yet to reach the peak of his form. He needs to fight out a place in our starting 11 first. That said, I believe he will have a chance against Swansea.

Arsenal hit by security lapse as Wenger's rules are leaked

What's anything around 500£ for players earning more then 30k per week? -
Voted yes, but in the summer, for Mourinho. I have to say, Rafa's changes haven't been bad. Our defending is better and our players seem to play much more fluidly. I also believe we would have much better results if we had a few decent strikers and if Rafa didn't have a history with Liverpool and there wasn't all this bullshit going on... things would have gone a different way...

If my memory serves me right, quotes used there are more then a few months old. I think I remember reading an article about Jose some time ago with exactly same quotes Anyone with a similar flashback?
-
I disagree about work rate. He seemed to be really trying just about as he realized that it's passed 70 minutes and that Demba Ba will get in soon... His movement was awful. And when he would drop out on the wings, he would always slow down our attacks or make them useless. He just seems...worn out, bored to death and clumsy. Like he came from a lower league and was forced to play for a club that he hates...If I had 1/6th of monthly income he has I would die for every ball out there at Chelsea. It's 180k per week FFS and he acts like a granny... Kalou for example wasn't a world class footballer, but I really liked the guy because he worked his ass of both on and off the pitch.

I gotta say this lad keeps impressing me more and more with his each game. Incredibly consistent, with great stamina, mindset and technique. His crossing is brilliant, and I feel we are yet to get the best from it with Ba or someone similar if we make a transfer. I watched Azpi really closely today and he really did well. Few times he looked really exhausted and looked like he was going to collapse, but he still run like a rapist and managed to defend well. That ball to Mata was absolutely brilliant. It's impressive how he managed to break into our starting 11 just like that and to become so consistent in his 1st season. Media attention he had before joining us is absolutely unproportional to the quality of his performances in league as strong as PL. Keep it up mate! Oh, and imagine still having Bosingwa as a right back :D

I do agree that some people tend to overrate certain players and be ultra critical of others. Ivanovic is one of our most consistent players, and a player whose position Chelsea has changed numerous times. It's a bit difficult sometimes to adapt and give your best game when you are bombing down the right wing and facing pacy defenders one week, and making clearances after crosses and marking PL's dangerous strikers next week. He did good today and almost completely neutralized that Giroud clown who couldn't even fart next to Bane. He also did make a mistake which Cech thankfully cleared. I'm surprised with this 3rd mistake he's made in the last couple of games, but hopefully he will pull his shit together. His partnership with Cahill is rather good, but like @DH1988 said, when balls gets played in space behind their backs, things tend to get messy. I feel Ivanovic did alright this season. Not his best season, but let's not forget that not only him was having bad games in our defense before Rafa came and our attacking midfielders weren't tracking back as much. It's also not easy for him to play CB after playing RB for 2 and more years.

Shit, Falcao and Cavani have long hair also
