Chelsea have received five red cards in the Premier League this season - only in 2007-08 have they ever been given more (six) in a single campaign in the competition We're potentially going to beat our own record! Woo
-
7 red cards so far..its only january!
-
So dumb. Look like we have a chance then stupidity like that!!! Most likely down the table we go.....
-
Oh fab we're back to 10 men games again
-
Probably. This appointment hasn't been done for us to win trophies and that..dont think they care about that so much
-
I hope he does welll..I doubt hell last 6 years or maybe he will who knows. I cant see us leaping to new heights and back to where we used to be but time will tell..
-
"He's a super smart guy, but the one thing I can't work out about Chelsea is what sort of club are they? What do they actually trying to achieve. Are they trying to win? They'll say of course we're trying to win but you always felt, whether you like the Roman Abramovich era or not, that they were always going to compete or contest. But I don't get the same sort of feeling from this Chelsea package with the new owners"

6 years?!?!??! More like 6 months!! Thats stupid so so stupid. Offer him the job fair enough but not 6 years!
-
These are the games that trip us up. Not saying theyre a bad side far from it but no point drawing against Man City and losing or whatever here
-
7 is the magic number!! He took Hull to 7th place.. where we will end up?!
-
This result doesnt surprise me..its the other games that tend to where it should or could be easy then nahhhh
-
Problem is its hard to look at games and think theyre winnable. Seeing as we won one game on December. Leeds,Brentford and Palace we both dropped points against already so hopefully can get something more from those. We need to start winning games in a row especially at home weve dropped so many points there
-
Not that matters as currently below but Man U drew so just one point behind them Sunderland can leap us if they win.. Potentially could be 7th if they win and we lose
-
We're going to just be bouncing around mid table.. maybe fight for 4th but unlikely to get it. So instead just 6th/7th place and then that be out standard from now. We wont be challenging for anythingunless some miracle happens. Be very surprised if we get anywhere in the Champions League so that was a waste of time. Sad what we've become and so quickly. But this appointment is the tipping point really as its so obvious why its been done. Like you say not because of their management skills or talent or potential but because £££ can be saved and tjey can carry on doing what they like no questions asked
-
Exactly! No thought needed at all for this one!
-
Tbf our home record has been poor so maybe thats a blessing
-
That was different though. If this falls through mehhh lucky escape? Just all verryyyyy convenient about the club hes manager now and the connection to the owners..hmmm they didnt need to look elsewhere!
-
Win this then lose the next run of games
-
Exactly
-
I dont get it!!! He didnt reach the play offs with Hull so was sacked. Know its hard but seriously who is making these decisions
-
They must have been planning this for a while and unfortunately this is the best they've come up with.
-
Our under 21s
-
Anyone who has a vison, wants to build their own team or has a long term goal will turn us down its very obvious. Unfortunately we aren't who we used to be so scraping the barrel it is We'll be back here in a year time or so
-
He finished 7th with Hull too and sacked for the non attacking football..finished 7th last season so maybe we'll end up 7th! Mean there's constiency if nothing else
-
Guessing if he hadnt spoken up and criticised the board hed still be here. Cause their decision making isn't being clever it's being very dumb! This is why wasnt keen on sacking him cause bad as we were there any many options we could get who be better
