No one's suggesting an Oscar-KDB pivot, that would be crazy, we are thinking about a Ramires-Oscar/KDB pivot. Lampard isnt a DM, and to be honest i dont think he's better defender than Oscar, so i dont get your point.

You are suggesting Lampard is doing a better job than Oscar in defense? Lampard barley contribute in defense.

Maybe he saw the awful game by lampad last night and want Oscar or KDB in the pivot?

Well, we're not playing with a genuine DM so why not? you think Man City cant make Barry and Garcia go because they are the only "genuine DM's"? most teams dont play with genuine DM'S. Ramires and Essien are enough. I say bring in a DLP and sell Mikel.

If in a few games it will be MVG i'll be very happy, lets see. But it will be a surprise.

I feel like Jose didnt bring a top class CM just becuase he trust Lampard and loves him. His friendship with him couldnt let him get a VERY NEEDED replacment for Lampard, so we got MVG who's too young to be considered a threat for Lamps. Thats just a theory off course, but the facts (for me those are facts) stays the same whatever happend in the summer: he cant be our starting CM but its still very much the situation. I can realy understand what Tinashe4 is saying. I love Lampard, he's my favourite of all time and i wanted him to stay, but i also was afraid that him staying would mean we wont get a replcament. And here we are - 2013/2014 season - and he's still our main man in Central Midfield - and the same problems from last season are on show again: we're so slow in bulid up from the midfield, we cant get the ball higher quick enough, with enough pace, or with enough imagination. Frank's heaviness and slowness in his age realy slows up our game. He also doesnt react good to pressure and his passing arent good enough anymore. He's not allways the only problem, sometimes Hazard, Mata and Oscar dont make good enough movement to get those key passes from the Pivot, but i think that Lampard is a big part of the problem and the first step was to get someone better. We should have got a DLP who's quicker, faster, more technical and aggressive in defense to help Ramies. Thats alot of kind of "bashing" i know, but he's 35 ffs.. it was time to move on this summer and Jose didnt do it, and in all honesty im disappointed from him in this subject. Only solutions are: 1) MVG would surprise and be THAT player already this season. 2) Jose would make KDB/Oscar a descent DLP. 3) We'll get someone out of the blue in the next 10 days. If one of them is realistic? idk... i personally wish we suddenly put a bid for Hernanes from Lazio. A realistic target who fits the role, and will work good with Ramires. If not... GO VAN GINKEL!

I dont think so. His passing and vision arent good enough to be considered as a DLP.

Its not about a DM, its about a DLP who will: 1) Run the game better than Lampard 2) Help Ramires more than Lampard does. 3) Just be quicker, the central midfield must move fast.

If im Mourinho, im putting a bid tommorow morning on some DLP... Hernanes for example. Get us some fucking legit central midfield ffs... Lampard was so poor, he cant be that man anymore Jose! move on! yeah you got MVG but he's not there, his passing isnt better than Lamps in this moment. We're just so slow in bulid up, its frustrating. Ramires-Hernanes is a much more serious, fast and fresh Pivot.

I havent seen anyone talking about a DLP for a long time in this forum... i realy wonder why, because its obvious we so desperately need it. Bulid up is so slow and boring. I feel like KDB or Oscar HAVE to play there. Wish Jose will understand that.

I did saw league games of him and Shaktar, like I already said. They were a pleasure to watch. People tend to not give the respect for players out of the top league in Europe, automatically, without even see them. I think he's a hugh talent with bad PR work done for him, same as Fernandinho. You already saw some quality from the latter...

Well... I might rate him higher than you. I saw him in Shaktar quiet a lot and I think that he can be considered has one of the best CAM in England after his first season to come, we'll see who's wrong. He was better than Mata and Hazard in the CL last season (not only in our games), and I think what he showed there wasnt a one off.

Why because they are playing for Chelsea? if you saw Willian enough to understand his quality you would get why I'm saying that. Hazard has bigger potential but at the moment I think they are in the same level, more or less.
