  1. He is just here to make up the numbers and have another home-grown player to buy a new foreigner...
  2. LOL ! If we want an attacking midfielder, we just need to buy one. No point in turning a (big) flop striker into an AM.
  3. We better win comfortably now. Or else, it will be embarassing for our "strongest team".
  4. The matter is not about playing mostly youth. Do you think that playing McEachran instead of Lampard or Meireles would have weakened our team ?
  5. Our management team have mixed up the "strongest side" with the "oldest side" I fear... Ancelotti, is it you ?
  6. Maybe because we cannot discuss about the ten beautiful goals he has scored since the start of the season ?
  7. Lol, not at all mate. Gignac's career is summed up with the year where he has been the best goal scorer. Before that he was nothing, and after that he was nothin. Whereas Ba, who has always had a good ratio goal/game.
  8. Ivanovic is still injured, I think. And apparently Bertrand isn't in the squad. According to SkySport : Chelsea (from): Cech, Bosingwa, Ferreira, Terry, Luiz, Cole, Romeu, Lampard, Ramires, McEachran, Mata, Malouda, Meireles, Torres, Sturridge, Lukaku, Turnbull.
  9. If he can get Kalou and Malouda, then it would be his greatest achievement for Chelsea !
  10. Yes, but it's his fault if he can't repay us, if you know what I'm saying.
  11. If the part you have highlited happen to be true, then it will be one more reason to be furious (to say the least) against the ex Looserpool icon...
  12. We shouldn't take this into consideration. If we pay another average player way more than he deserves to, it will send the wrong message. Thus every time we will try to sign squad players, they'll want to get paid over the odds. We should try and reduce our huge wage bill, and to eliminate all the players who are paid way more than what they should (i.e. Kalou and his £60k-a-week wage, Malouda and his £80k ; and to a lesser extend, reduce Terry's and Lampard's wage). Last time I checked, we had the second most important wage bill in England, after City, which is mind-blowing considering we have a thin squad and our players aren't good enough. Furthermore, with the FFP, we will be in trouble if we don't manage to have an healthy wage (we may risk to get knock out of the UCL and we won't be able to have a good squad depth). Hence, giving a big wage to an average player will see us taking the wrong path. There are no little savings.
  13. Welcome. Your english seems to be good, don't worry.
  14. I don't talk about thsi summer where we were near to sign him, but last summer.
  15. Are you as sure as you were when you said Neymar was a done deal ?
  16. He's never even played for their first team.
  17. We shouldn't write off an eventually good addition to our squad to just see what a nonperson to our club can do.
  18. We should tell to Atletico that if they want him next year, they have to take back their Nino.
  19. I am not sure at all. But I did as if it was, because I don't even want to think him to be on £90k..
  20. I believe you didn't watch enough Josh play. If he isn't creative, then I am not French.
  21. Yeah, as if Xavi and Busquets weren't creative...
  22. http://www.mirrorfoo...icle849600.html If true and assuming the transfer fee are included in those £25m, his wage would be somethin around £68k a week, if I am not mistaken.
  23. We were linked with him last winter, when he was at Ipswich.
  24. ^ I found this on the Daily Mail web site.
