This season, especially the last 2-3 months (funnily since the alleged affair) Ashley has been outstanding in my opinion, and Wayne hasnt got a look in. I personally think he could go.

Well depending on which papers you believe, all of our strikers could be off. Sheva and Pizarro are almost certaitly going, Drogba i'd say is 50/50, and there were reports we want to get rid of Nico at the weekend. I'd expect to see two come in this summer. Some interesting names there but cant see any of them arriving to be honest. Dont really rate the first two much although on his day, Ribery is class. Rakitic looks exciting, but too early to judge him yet. Neuer I think would demand first team football - something he's not going to get here. Would be wasted sitting on our bench.

Aguerro is not overated Alex. Looks a top player. Every time i've seen him hes been superb. Not just good, superb. I agree about David Villa, as he doesnt score enough goals given the attributes and talent he has. Huntelaar could either be a van Nistelrooy or a Kezman, and for the money Ajax wont, I dont really fancy risking it. He also said the other day that he's excited about working under van Basten (new manager) and wont be leaving.

What Jim says above. Really upset, but very proud of the boys. Given the problems we've had this year, to take it to the last day is a phenominal achievement. Also nice to see Sheva getting a goal before he leaves. Obviously hasn't been the signing we hoped he would be, but at least he always seemed to care and show the effort - and that means alot to the fans. Good luck back in Italy Sheva. Expanding on what Esk was saying, I read today that he doesnt feel as though he is 'liked' by the rest of the players or the board at RM. Traditionally they don't pay their defensive players anywhere near what they pay their attacking players and I think thats probably whats annoyed him - as he's obviously a great player, and probably deserves paraty with the likes of Robben, Sneijder, Raul etc. We've benefitted from this before with Maka, so hopefully we can again. I'd love to see him here, as long as its not for the £50m thats been said.

I think they'll have the Chelsea/Bolton and Wigan/Utd scorers both on the scoreboard, like they did last season during the Chelsea/Bolton and Everton/Utd games. Would be weird if they played the Utd game on the big screen whilst ours was being played. That would make things tense in the crowd.

1. Carlton Cole scored something like 40 goals in one season in the youth team. Which is an all time record at that level. I'm guessing you didnt support Chelsea when he was coming through, otherwise you would be aware of the exitement we had when he was coming through. 2. Franks right, Kakuta does have talent and ability. So did Carlton though. All I'm saying is dont carried away just yet. 3. How can you tell how good a player will be when he's only 16?

Yes, thats correct, but it doesnt support your point. You said Kakuta is going to be world class - whats that based on? A hatrick against Port Vale in the Youth Cup? Obviously I'd love to see him come through, but hes along way from doing so right now. As I said before, Mikael Forssell and Carlton Cole were superb at the level Kakuta is now, and look at them now. Carlton set extraordinary goal scoring records at youth level, but hasnt done much since. Its far to early to judge how good Kakuta is going to be.
