  1. I'd like to think we'll get two out of Villa, Berbatov and Gomez.
  2. "Big big failure?", Hingis? How many other managers have got us into the final? Please remind me? I'm not Avram's number one fan, but comments like that are ridiculous.
  3. Hingis., do fuck off please. Thats an absolutely disgusting thing to say. As been said, JT 'is Chelsea'. He didnt 'choke', he slipt, it happens, and he'll be a wreck now for it for a long time. Had it not been wet, who knows? Having ago at him for crying? What the fuck are you on about? The guy is Chelsea through and through, and this club means as much to him as it does anyone. JT your a legend.
  4. Dont know what to say. Absolutely gutted. Had JT not slipped, we'd have probably won it. So proud of the lads, and we'll come back stronger. KTBFFH
  5. I think he'll be OK. Came back on after it was strapped up and he was walking and running OK on it. Neil Barnett was live on Chelsea TV at the time and said A.C would be fine after watching it all.
  6. Thats almost certainly the team, although got a feeling he'll start Malouda, so will be two out of Kalou/Joe and Malouda. Joe's been poor recently, so wouldnt be surprised to see Malouda and Kalou start.
  7. I'd say there are bigger. For example the 2-1 vs Liverpool in 2003, and winning the league at Bolton. This is close though.
  8. You text me after the game mate, saying Avram out!
  9. 1. Petr Cech 2. Carles Puyol 3. Pepe 4. Sergio Ramos 5. Patrice Evra 6. Michael Ballack 7. Samir Nasri 8. Cristiano Ronaldo 9. Mario Gomez 10. Luca Toni 11. Fernando Torres
  10. Who would have predicted a Hull/Bristol final at the start of the season. Brilliant from both teams. If Hull do it tonight, I don't care who goes up, because its great to see a team come to Premiership who haven't been in the top flight for yonks, and certainly not in the time i've watched football. So come on Hull tonight.
  11. Bridgey i'm not sure about. At the end of the last season he said he would stay if had played the amount of games that he was happy with, and last season he said it was just about right... This season, especially the last 2-3 months (funnily since the alleged affair) Ashley has been outstanding in my opinion, and Wayne hasnt got a look in. I personally think he could go.
  12. I'm supporting Spain. No real reason, just a group of me and some mates randomly chose them. No Chelsea players, which is good, because I couldnt support one over another. Viva Espana!
  13. At the Essien remark! 1. He won't want to leave. 2. No one could afford him to be honest.
  14. Whats that got to do with Bosingwa signing for us? Jose left in September. If he wanted him at Chelsea, wouldn't he have tried to sign him in the three previous years? As Warnie said, this has got nothing to do with JM.
  15. Bit generous with the prices there; we'll get £2/3M for Sidwell/Pizarro/Ben-Haim mate. Like said before, we need 1/2 wingers and 1/2 strikers depending on who leaves. As for expectations? High as possible, too fight on all four fronts once again - but most importantly get that title back off the Mancs.
  16. Well depending on which papers you believe, all of our strikers could be off. Sheva and Pizarro are almost certaitly going, Drogba i'd say is 50/50, and there were reports we want to get rid of Nico at the weekend. I'd expect to see two come in this summer. Some interesting names there but cant see any of them arriving to be honest. Dont really rate the first two much although on his day, Ribery is class. Rakitic looks exciting, but too early to judge him yet. Neuer I think would demand first team football - something he's not going to get here. Would be wasted sitting on our bench.
  17. I've heard a rumour that it could be Berbatov. Need two wingers and a two strikers now we've got our RB.
  18. Aguerro is not overated Alex. Looks a top player. Every time i've seen him hes been superb. Not just good, superb. I agree about David Villa, as he doesnt score enough goals given the attributes and talent he has. Huntelaar could either be a van Nistelrooy or a Kezman, and for the money Ajax wont, I dont really fancy risking it. He also said the other day that he's excited about working under van Basten (new manager) and wont be leaving.
  19. 6 from OM, 2 from Lyon Alex Bring on next season - three horse race between OM/Bordeaux and Lyon.
