  1. Let's hope he doesn't give people an opportunity to blame him. Changing 433 would be a "d'oh!" moment of epic proportions.
  2. We make our history :champions:
  3. Tbh Coentrao would be better as a left winger. Wouldn't mind him in that role, seeing as Malouda and Zhirkov are shit, to put it mildly.
  4. Who's hating Iniesta  We hate these people :
  5. Same, which is why a move to Marseille is in everyone's best interests. A sulky Didi is no good to us.
  6. In fact I would say it was the opposite. He was a bit of a taskmaster not afraid to let the players have one. And such behaviour doesn't go down well with the big egos of professional footballers.
  7. He doesn't have to. He can be our own John O'Shea - bit part player having the ability to play in a couple of positions. Saves us from making bids for squad players like Benayoun and Pienaar. But the thing is Jack knows he is capable of being a starter every week for some teams in the league, and being a very good starter at that. He will move on, as much as I don't want him to.
  8. There are 3 - Air India, ONGC FC, Mumbai FC - and they share the same ground. I follow Mumbai FC.
  9. If Drogba wants to stay, he has to accept a role on the bench. Torres-Sturridge is Chelsea's future.
  10. @Kez : Like I said, I was unaware. Apologies to GodZola then for that phrase, though I wasn't aware of it's meaning. I stand by whatever else I've said.
  11. 'Jog on' to me means 'Give me a break'. If it has some offensive connotation where you come from, I assure you I was unaware.
  12. I clearly mentioned the word 'realistic'
  13. I was referring to the generally held notion (thus, not specifically you or anyone else) that club legends are immune from frank commentary and/or criticism because of who they are and what they've done for the club. Like I said, I would have quoted you had I been replying to your post specifically, it's a practice I follow precisely to avoid arguments like these. Of course we owe Mourinho a lot, as I acknowledged in my original post itself. But you became all aggressive and stuff, leading me to said conclusion. Also, you mentioned people disrespecting Mourinho or his work in that earlier post. I have never done that, in case you thought I was part of that group.
  14. lmao at you taking this personally when I didn't mention or quote you anywhere, which I would've had I been referring to you. Trying to flame an argument I suppose.
  15. The makers of that list are people who've got a lot of time on their hands...
  16. What are you on about? If anything, Abidal should have been sent off in the first leg itself when he pulled down Drogba in the box. He was lucky to even make it to the Bridge.
  17. Steve Clarke as assistant manager (he is on a temporary contract at Liverpool)Premier LeagueMore chances for Josh, Kakuta, Bertrand and possibly BrumaSturridge-Torres upfrontA playmaker and two quality wingersBreaking up player power Add your own.
  18. Of course we missed chances that should have been put away, Drogba was guilty of two glaring misses in either leg, but it is absolute peanuts in comparison to the 4 stonewall penalties that were wrongfully and perhaps purposely denied by a referee who was more than just incompetent. It doesn't matter if we missed chances that day, because as per the rule book, we deserved those penalties and we weren't given them. End of story.
  19. justin3D you make good points sometimes, but on other occasions,
  20. What went wrong is that he ruffled a few too many feathers and lost the dressing room.
