How do I surrender control of my team? I've been inactive for the last two seasons for some reason or the other. Think someone genuinely interested in the game would benefit if I vacate a place.

Agreed, if Sturridge is available, there's no debate about the right wing at all, since it's clear AvB will use him there and not as a CF. But as much as I appreciate Kalou's efforts despite his limited skill level, he's been woeful in pre-season. Completely in agreement with regards to Lampard.

^ Based on actual merit, Kalou doesn't even deserve a place on the bench If Mikel has to sit this one out, Ramires would most likely be the one to be played there, meaning Lampard gets a game. Unless AvB has the balls to play Josh instead.

Not if they lodge a bid that meets the amount stipulated in his contract. Re his little 'interview', I find what he said reasonable in all honesty. Let's face it - from Espanyol to Barcelona, he's probably never left the city on a long term basis. Add in the fact that the Barca team is as good as it gets in football at the moment. Why wouldn't he like to play for them if they come for him two years down the line? Additionally, he hasn't disrespected CFC in any manner, in fact complimented the quality of players and coaching staff at the club and said that they are on a similar pedestal to Barcelona.

@Gaffney : Don't be daft. You know exactly how big clubs work. Celtic is a relatively big club as well and have on numerous occasions in the past poached exploited legal loopholes to land youngsters.
