  1. I know who'd win at a party ...
  2. The guy who posted it on twitter (Belgofoot) is a decent source usually. Of course he could be totally wrong on this one. In another of his tweets he said De Bruyne has no chance of coming to Chelsea, rating Lukaku's at 50:50.
  3. Source We should be looking to do better than Portsmouth (with all due respect).
  4. Jimmy has joined the coaching staff at Nottm Forest.
  5. Robbie Fowler = proper cunt. Despicable man, no surprise what team he played for.
  6. Don't see this going anywhere, you have your opinion, I have mine.
  7. I've watched him play for Ajax and Van der Wiel is an average player, it doesn't matter whether Suarez and Torres are/were.
  8. I'm not sure what analogy you're trying to make there ...
  9. Average player who'd not add anything special to this squad.
  10. Think Newcastle would fancy themselves for that title too.
  11. Jacob Mellis said on his twitter that he's looking for a loan move.
  12. Cool training kits, even if the chequered bit looks like it's been lifted from an 80s disco shirt.
  13. He doesn't want buyers. Zamparini, thus Palermo, isn't exactly skint. The guy's ploughed close to 100 million EURO into the club since buying them back in 2002.
  14. Yes The Swiss Ramble is very thorough and meticulous, but more importantly, lucid and relatively simple to understand, even for readers who have no background in finance. The writer's a great guy as well and his writings are laced with subtle humour and there's none of the bias you'd find in some of these blogs. Guess not all Gooners are complete twats
  15. A timely word on the matter ... Educate yourselves.
  16. He played as a trialist, if they like him the clubs will thrash out a loan deal.
  17. You can check Lampard off that list too - don't reckon he's ever been what you'd call a 'creative' midfielder. Yossi is decent but cannot be looked upon to do the business consistently in a 50+ match season. Kakuta and Josh are exciting prospects but it remains to be seen what the manager thinks of them and whether they actually play a part this season. For me it's clear - we desperately need a true trequartista, I'd even call it our most pressing need.
