Rotation with who? Drogba, Anelka, Torres & Kalou These are our only strikers, and it's been argued Kalou is a winger so he doesn't count. We need to find young replacements for Drogba and Anelka (no, don't start a Lukaku thread). Also we must blame the manager here for reluctance to rotate with Sturridge in the fold.

Would rather replace Drogba with Malouda there, and put Ramires in Malouda's original position.

Rotation is crucial. I don't want Alex to leave now that Ivanovic has cemented a long-term contract with Luiz's arrival. As soon as he's fit, I'd like to see him get some time.

He's like most England managers we've had. Did great in matches leading up to major competitions, had great qualification campaigns, then bottled it when it came to the actual finals. Was a good man though, great with man management.

Imo. Renew: Van Aanholt, Bosingwa, Sturridge, Cech, A Cole, Lampard, Alex & McEachran The rest (who's expire in 2012) should be sold/released. The ones who expire in 2013 should use the next 18months (ish) to step up their game and prove they're worth keeping.

That's unfair, we don't know what his injury actually is. As I said before, we can't judge him based on what the club paid. We know Chelsea are awful in the art of negotiations, so we shouldn't hold this against him.

We can't speculate how they work because there's no proof they're not working efficiently. It's quite harsh to blame them for lack of information.

I wouldn't say they were poor but perhaps they didn't meet our initial expectations. We did pay a lot for him (£24million was a lot back then) and he didn't look like the best of investments with Gudjohnsen, Kezman & Crespo still at the club. However he was showing signs of developing into a great player (as opposed to someone like Kalou) which is why we were patient. Though I do remember some awful chants back in the day! Comparing his first season with Malouda's though, Drogba wiped the floor with him
