  1. Richards denies exit claims
  2. I will look for you. They should be uploaded on this site when you get back
  3. Really? I think he could be a great winger personally. Good pace and control on him. Not sure about his crossing though since I haven't seen much of him there. Though if attacking mid is really his natural position, then he should be allowed to play there. Fulham wasn't the best spell for him in that regard.

  5. If anyone's bored. Germany v. Brazil in the u17 World Cup, 3rd place play-off is on right now. Germany led 1-0. Brazil brought it to 3-1. Germany nicked one before half-time to bring it to 3-2. It's now 4-3 to Germany. Still 26minutes left to play. What a match! Paizon's playing, but is hardly been involved.
  6. It's certainly something new.. I'm not a big fan of it though if I'm honest. I can see why people are excited by it, but it's not one for me.
  7. He's definitely one of the better areal attackers in the world at the moment

  9. They're building a very good team, but like dave30 said, they do need a few world class talent. I don't believe they'll get one to be honest after Henry what'shisface said no finished products. Don't think they're title contenders per se but they're doing well to build for the future.
  10. I see your point. The bold parts, make a lot of sense now that I look upon it. Perhaps you are right then.. However if we cannot land De Rossi, how about Fernando of Porto (the link will come eventually, I have no doubt about that )
  11. At the same time, less media spotlight maybe more helpful. Just look what's happened with Libya, the rebels are now made up of mostly non-Libyans. Media's twisted what's happened there to favour NATO's intervention. They've painted the resistance to Gadaffi in a silly way, they've forgotten about the other side, the innocent who stand with him because of intervention by NATO, America & Britain. Hopefully Egypt's situation will cool soon before the army do get physical. Hopefully a civil war does not break out, however if it does, it will be brutal with the army at the helm. Diplomacy should rise above any intended violence. Be safe.
  12. Continual support for the people of Egypt! Media has forgotten your revolution has not completed yet. Stay safe.
  13. This I will agree with. It really will depend on the extent of Essien's injury. De Rossi wouldn't be ideal cover though. I'd rather see us linked with Tiote of Newcastle. Though his disciplinary record lets him down.
  14. Largely based on Moore's Law I believe?
  15. For the moment, yes. If the worst case scenario is true, that Ess will miss certainly most the action, then I think Ramires & Mikel can certainly step up. Not to mention on top of that we'll have Josh making some more cameo appearances. I'm not saying he's going to be important, but he will give us something extra should we bring him on. Until we get the other positions filled such as winger & attacking midfield player, we shouldn't need a box-to-box player yet. Remember, despite the horrific campaign last season, we still had a very good defensive record compared to our rivals. Problems were not in defence, it was in attack.
  16. Thanks for this. That Swift boy looks a real talent, got some tricks, can play a good pass. One to look out for.
  17. Yeah, then there's no point in wasting the money at a player that we don't really need when we've got other positions that need filling. As far as the defensive side of midfield goes, we've got enough players to keep that part of the pitch occupied.
  18. I thought Pizzarro was the box-to-box? But yeah, didn't realise his age. If De Rossi is box-to-box, then I'd be all for it, providing it's on a low wage & transfer fee. Because he's not vital when we've got Mikel & Ramires to fill in for Ess, should we need it.
  19. If we're taking someone from Roma it should be David Pizzarro, especially with Essien looking like he'll miss a portion of the season.
  20. Scott Dann instead please, he's 24. Johnson's 28. Though we're more likely to land Roger Johnson, a boyhood Chelsea fan.
  21. I'll agree with what you've said to an extent. His decision making is poor and his attitude has cost him a chance to excel in his career early on, however under Martinez, N'Zogbia's become a much more matured player who's actually brilliant on the wings. He's a good set piece taker & more importantly he can cross. His career can be revived once more, and can be the player Sir Bobby believed he could be. Under Villas-Boas I have no doubts about this. He is not a Kalou-type player, that's for sure.
  22. Severely discrediting N'Zogbia here.. But seems you've made up your mind quickly. I'll just quote what Sir Bobby said about him once, N'Zogbia could go to the very top with the right coaching and motivation, and I hope it is with Newcastle. I signed him as a teenager and he was one of the most naturally gifted players of that age I'd ever seen.
  23. N'Zogbia is a great winger. There's another ex-Wigan player people had the same reaction to when he was getting sold. Antonio Valencia sound familiar?
