Your english is very good Shon!

That is a major relief. I did actually have a slight fear of a Tottenham move.

Eidur Gudjohnsen - arms sweep across body, as if to say 'voila'. I loved that celebration!

LMAO!

Didn't Robben slap Kroos or Muller last season though? He seems to be quite ill-tempered.

Who's Realistically Ready to Step Up?

Well another problem is, we really over hype the youngsters too. Where we see Kakuta and McEachran as the future of this club, we also lack the patience to wait for their time to come through. Of course this isn't without justified reason though, it's still an alarming stat that we haven't brought through an academy player since John Terry. We've also been incredibly unlucky with our loanees, with the players (for the most part) being unable to make an impact upon where they go. Finally Kakuta's finding some real game time and form at Dijon, but at Bolton & Fulham he just couldn't do enough to break through - I'm sure the language barrier played its part there of course. McEachran's having a similar struggle at Swansea, but in hindsight there should've been anticipation that the Swansea midfield is simply too strong. Also remember u21 players don't count towards the 25-count. So they can be in the squad regardless anyway. The pressure of managing a top club like Chelsea, with Roman's board baring over your shoulders means trying to gamble on the kids is a very hard process. Wenger & Fergie do it because they know the board backs them regardless of what happens, because of the reputation they've built for themselves. Mancini will probably have the same troubles at City, Dalglish can get away with it because he's resting on the 'building process' laurels. But here at Chelsea, where we go through managers for fun, it's very hard for a manager to gamble and expect the kids will change the game. I'm sure they want to, but they cannot. -
Xavi looks like he appreciated that

Who's Realistically Ready to Step Up?

I don't think anyone's ready if I'm honest. Maybe Bertrand and Lukaku, but I don't think these guys are even ready to play 30+ games consecutively. It's all well and good trying to ask for youth integration, but we also have to remember we're not in training, we don't see their actual potential. We might see a few reserve games and make a judgement, but it's well noted how flawed the reserve and youth leagues are, especially for top clubs. Of course, though, there's only one real way to know who's ready to step up. That's by gambling. But the balance has to be right between youth & experience. Experience has to dominate. -
Yeah I guess, but I'm kind of waiting to see something that's a lot more game changing, if you get what I mean? Like a rightly timed substitution or something. He's certainly making his impact though, no doubt about it.

Fair utilisation of resources. I wonder if Hiddink's still on Roman's payroll, wouldn't surprise me if he is. We could certainly use Hiddink's scouting contacts, but as coach of Anzhi I doubt it.
-
I assume they'd do this anyway? In any case, well done to Di Matteo for setting up in a more effective way.
-
If we could land him for around £15m it would be worth it. Ship out Malouda and use the Brazilian as a squad player.

Happy Birthday

Di Matteo is a gamble, no doubt. But so was Guardiola when he became the new Barcelona coach. At least we wouldn't have to buy him out of a contract and such. I haven't seen Roberto in a situation where his tactical improvisation has changed a game, in fairness that situation is yet to present himself. What he's done so far is get the basics right, which is an underrated element it seems now. The tactics v. Barca were spot on, so got to give him credit for that. I do hope we get to see that tactical improvisation before the end of the season, because that's the true test of a manager, adversity.

Robben again?! Smh.

Great news!!
-
But Drogba's agent has already claimed they're looking for the most money they can, where ever they move onto. So it's not like they'll have a problem leaving Chelsea, so both parties signing a new contract would be beneficial. Signing-on fees are up to the parties. If they were signing to get a transfer fee, I'm sure both would agree to waive it. This club, though, is too stupid to realise they can do this. Therefore they won't, and Drogba will walk away without us getting a penny.

That's something I can't recommend haha, just literally play around with everything. I just think your chosen one is a bit too, robotic (if that makes sense). Keep playing around and you'll find it

LMAO so many posts that simply lament the words "fuck off" simpletons unable to construct proper sentences. I'd love it if Torres picks up a CL winner's medal in his first season here, Liverpool fans will never be able to say anything, ever. They'll be shitting the final now though, they found us lucky v. Tottenham but they can't take away our performance tonight. They know this defence won't be rolling over any time soon I love how much they attack their owns fans on that board as well.. What a load of shit. Barca have been friendly both at Anfield and when we were there. Chelsea disrespected a minutes silence for our dead. Wrong site of you hate Barca as much as them plastic, Tory c*nts.

Another thing, Iniesta hardly complained after. He had a little look at the referee when he was down, but got straight back up after.
-
Cech Bosingwa - Cahill - Terry - Cole Essien - Mikel - Lampard Sturridge --------------- Kalou Torres Sturridge is a must, he's the most freshest man we can play, if Kalou plays he can tracks back for Cole and Essien will provide good cover for Bosingwa. We have a lot of momentum and Arsenal will have seen how disciplined we were against Barcelona. Also, they'll be without Benayoun, Arteta & Wilshere. Their midfield will look weak.. They'll try to get Diaby fit, Ramsey will play and they'll probably have Gervinho on the wing. The game will be won in the centre of the pitch, so we have to dominate there.

Manchester United are doing it with Berbatov, because both parties have agreed. That's what Justin means.
-
I can understand the opinion why he shouldn't, Barca's marking tactics mixed with hint of fatigue almost nullifies his presence. That being said Mata has the ability to create something out of nothing. He showed it against Tottenham where he was fairly ghosting until that little chip put in to play Ramires through on goal. It's something he's got in his locker and he has a willingness to backtrack. All of this added up means Mata should definitely be on the pitch when it comes down to the Nou Camp.

I'd change the font personally, and I think the light coming from his side is a tad bit too bright. Otherwise a very good effort, KIU!
