That wasnt meant sarcastically, it genuinally made me laugh haha

Agreed, obv there was a touch of luck there, but if he wasnt in the right position, he wouldnt have scored. I think he played fairly well today, no-one was particularly outstanding out of our front 3, they just had their moments, and this was Kalou's and the free kick leading up to it was Drogba's haha
-
BIT disappointed that we conceded, but very happy with Chelsea atm, keep on winning, and keep on scoring
-
Thank fuck for that. This game is a bit dead atm, hopefully Kakuta can liven things up haha
-
We need to get into scoring mode again, that goal was a wake-up call, even if it was offside. And a lil bit marginally offside at that! Come on Chelsea

I was watching Drogba line it up, and describing to my dad and i was like, He's got a free kick but he wont score from here. Caused a goal though
-
KALOOUUUUUUUUU! Not that he had a lot with that one
-
I laughed at the BBC videprinter comment.... "Can someone tell the West Ham defence that this game has started" Essien Lets fucking stuff 'em
-
I saw Alex in Oxford Street once haha, was unreal a lil bit, but he had like a guy with him so i didnt speak or anything haha.

Ballack to Leverkusen for me. Just because they managed to snap up an absolute German icon, and someone they will have loved to have back at their club. And on a free transfer and also encouraging him to cut his wages, all credit to them. True Chelsea great
-
Hahah its the place to be.... if you love a bit of farmin'
-
Agreed completely. Probably underestimated and not rated in this highest regard by most people, but he cannot be faulted for his professionalism. Just does his job, completely focused on the job
-
Fair point, but i guess we just appreciated the quality of Mark Hughes into our team at that time, and Wilkins, as you said, saved us because of the transfer fee he generated. You're right in saying that the commitment counts, and if we had signed Torres for instance, i dont think people would have minded despite the whole liverpool thing. But then you think of someone like Gerrard, and some Chelsea fans would be like, not that liverpool scum, even if he is a good player. Same goes for Ronaldo, his reputation precedes him, and we all know what he's like AS a player. Theres a thin line between players who have too much of a link to one of our rival clubs, and players who play for them but we'd accept them anyway.
-
I guess Anelka has the case that Arsenal ended up getting rid of him and that Liverpool didnt decide to buy him after they had him on loan. And even without saying that, he didnt really give us a reason to hate him at either or those clubs (maybe add Man City as well into there haha) Ronaldo is a different situation altogether haha

Carlo named manager of the month
BomTrett replied to Rubber bullets's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Well thats why we just have to take the manager of the month thing as a big deal, because it'll be a surprise if he did win it! Not surprise because of how good of a manager he is, because the LMA and Premier League manager of the year prize, is usually between Alex Ferguson, regardless of Man U's season, and a manager, thats kinda done well with a club, not necessarily won anything but surprised a few people. LMA manager of the year 2010: Harry Redknapp Premier League: Roy Hodgson We all love Carlo so thats all that matters -
Well, forgetting about his personality traits, and the fact he's a decent footballer, he's an ex-Man U player, and that should matter lol. Just as much as if someone on a Man U forum had said, Just wondering, would you want 'us' to sign Drogba? And they'd all be like, "fook nooo, he's a cheatin' coont and played for fuckin chelsay..." (Trying to capture a Manc accent with that) Excuse my rant (apart from my outrage about swapping him for Anelka and Drogba), i wasnt trying to cause an arguement, i just really dont like him as a footballer, and i wouldnt want us to pay that much money for any player, regardless of my personal feelings toward him lol. I'd rather see someone like Kakuta in our team than someone like Ronaldo

He hasnt even outperformed Malouda lol. Complete joke indeed. But very happy for Carlo, we all know he's deserved it Fabulous manager :champions: -
Are you honestly kidding me. I wouldnt trade Yuri Zhirkov for Cristiano Ronaldo, because he IS arrogant, and it completely, for me, and some others in here, makes the fact that he is a good footballer absolutely irrelevent. He visits a hospital...How does this not make him arrogant, every time he scores one of his free kicks he does he "i'm the best in the world" face, and you know that when he's doing his stupid little skills he's thinking it the whole time, soooo he is, regardless of who and where he visits. And good job its not up to you because you a world class mug, because Drogba is a fucking stunning player, and he for me is the best striker in the world, and when he's playing at his best, he is absolutely unstoppable. Nicolas Anelka is also a world class striker, who has proved throughout his career what an amazing player he is, and how techincally gifted he is. Arguably one of the best finishers around. So for you to say that, to me, seems absolutely mindless. I'll go further than saying your crazy, your a fucking nutter if you honestly believe that.

I just saw Mark Lawrenson predicted a 1-1 draw. Just because they have no points doesnt mean he should be predicting a draw just because they should be getting points. They'll play well probably, better than they have so far, but we will beat them. We are in such good form that they wont be able to cope with us. Come on chelsea, stuff them fuckers
-
I would rather burn every single Chelsea shirt i own, than see that cunt playing for us. He's an arrogant, vein, wanker, who goes down like a fairy when even slightly touched. But everyone knows this, i'm just listing the reasons why i wouldnt want him to play for us. He is everything wrong with that can be wrong with a footballer, perhaps excluding the fact he is decent, but compare him to Messi, as an example. I say Messi because he would probably warrant the same transfer fee and like Ronaldo, is considered one of the best in the world. But which one is a cunt and which one isnt. You cant deny he's a good footballer, but everything about him makes me hate him. and I'm sure other people in here feel the same. I'd be offended for so many different reasons if we signed him. Sorry to rant, just how i feel about him
-
I dont doubt that he's a good player, but as Zhirkov has said himself, Ashley and Florent are in such fantastic form, he'll struggled to get past them and into the team. I think he'll probably end up leaving unfortunately, even though he played for Russia the other day, Dick Advocaat has said he wants players like, Zhirkov, Pavlyuchenko and Bilyatedinov to play more regularly if they are to have a guarenteed place. I wouldnt want him to leave, just think he might end up leaving.

Marco Ambrosio Mario Melchiot Frank Sinclair Michael Duberry Asier Del Horno Jesper Gronkjaer Lassana Diarra Geremi Shaun Wright Phillips Mateja Kezman Mikael Forssell This team would have mixed fortunes haha, but all still play!

LOL and looking at the Castrol top 20 players ranking atm... Hahnemann, as it stands is the highest ranked keeper, with only VDS making the top 20 behind him. He's good, but a fucking wolves goalkeeper is not the best in the world ffs
-
What has hahnemann done to get into that team? They surely dont do it on clean sheets, and i can only assume its based on shots saved, because Wolves defence is so terrible, he was constantly barraged with shots haha. Not to diss the guy, he's a great goalkeeper in all fairness Sad to see Cech not at least on the bench, hate that prick VDS. and to join the ridiculous Silva inclusion, if this is the EPL best XI then it should be based on the players form in the EPL last season, not the Spanish League. I'd love the call the team stupid, but with so many Chelsea players included i'm finding it hard. We never get into the best teams of the year, Premier league just usually lists a Man U starting XI with Gerrard and Fabregas added or some bullshit like that.
