Kepa has potential to be a top 4 keeper like Lloris. He is never going to be world class like Oblak, Courtois or Alisson.
-
This isn't his private life though. He is being photographed and being put on the Internet. This picture is doing the rounds on social media with no context.

Badman is proving to be a solid buy. It's a shame we couldn't sign him up for UCL. By next season, it should be Silva, Badman, Colwill and Chalobah for the CB spots. Badman vs Colwill should be interesting.

I respect wanting to make a difference and supporting charity, but mourinho would never let himself get photographed doing that. He even sounds like a wetwipe in the interview.

Predicted Lineup: Kepa James Chalobah Silva Cucu RLC Enzo Felix Mount Havertz Mudryk

Good we have Badman

Guy needs to learn to pass forward

Best shot stopper in Europe.

Things seem uncertain in general over there, they had money problems after covid but this was overshadowed by Barcas levers. Their wage budget is bursting full and they probably want to get rid of their high earners like Felix and Oblak, and even Simeone is rumored to be leaving.

Arteta trained under Wenger as well who went toe to toe with ferguson for a decade with less resources. If he wins the league this year, then arteta is going to be the hottest new property on the block. I don't get the comparison, Potter has done nothing notable in his playing career or his managing career, apart from his stint in the Swedish league.

Who plays upfront for them in this case?

The problem is I don't like the options out there. I don't want Poch or Enrique and Tuchel is never coming back. I think the owners would love a Mou 3.0 as it would provide the perfect shithousery and bending of the rules that Todd loves so much.

Another one.

I think Cucu still gets the start as Chilly is just coming back. He will put in a shift against Brandt/Bellingham like he did against Salah. I think Badman has been one of our best performers so it's a shame we have to drop him. The bigger shame is that we will probably have to play KK as Fofana would be lucky to make the bench. Kova and Sterling back will be big. We have people to create tap ins for Sterling and Kovacic will complement Enzo for the time being. The problem is neither of them is a natural DM. So unless they share the load and both focus on interceptions I don't see us getting far. I think we need a Kante/Matic type player who will sit behind them and set them free.

This season is the last we can get something for them. We can recoup just over 200m. I don't see how we can keep spending the way we have indefinitely. Sell sell sell (as soon as possible, there is no reason for any of these players to be here as they have been or will be replaced) Mendy 10m Azpi (keep for one more year if he really wants to stay) KK (get rid even if it was for free, Inter are losing skriniar so we should offer a swap for Barella) Ampadu 20m (hasn't lived up to potential) RLC 15m (Can't believe he is still here. Hasn't lived up to potential) Gallagher 40m (Keep only if Mount doesn't sign and is sold) Kovacic 50m (would rather he stayed, he's a seasoned pro and we can't replace him easily) Ziyech 25m Pulisic 25m CHO 20m ( hasn't lived up to potential) Anjorin 5m ( hasn't lived up to potential) Auba 5m Lukaku ?!m Loan (some of these we can't loan because of the limit so they'll have to settle for carabao cup. I expect an exodus of youth in the next few years) Slonina, Colwill, Hall, Maatsen, Humphreys, Casadei, Santos, Hutchinson, Vale, DDF

Todd shat the bed sticking him with us. The problem is I'm afraid Potter will slightly achieve better every season from a data stand point as he did in Brighton I.e. 16th, 15th, 9th replicates as avoiding relegation this year, competing for Europa spots the year after and UCL spots the year after. I don't think he gets that far. I think as soon as there is an obvious world class manager (like guardiola) he will snap him up like enzo.

If you want to show your frustration at Potters existence, boycott his new game Hogwarts Legacy. "Saint Potter! Can't even walk into a bookshop without making the front page!"
-
Do you think Boehly asks potter to start all of the new signings? Yes man is running out of answers.
-
Dude did you just call Salah a suicide bomber?
-
Here's my two cents: Todd is a bit of a plonker. He's good at what he does in a financial sense but when it comes to the game he's not that informed. Tbf it is quite hard to keep up with all the rules, he probably keeps up with 3 other sports. He's doing OK for someone who jumped in the deep end. First summer was shambles (not surprising after sanctions), they decided to start from scratch which you can't blame them for because the Roman administration wasn't the best. January signings salvaged it for me. Although there are some which could hamstring us for years, Enzo and Badman were good buys. I just hope future spending isn't hampered by the summer's stupid buys. If more than half of the winter signings flop, we are in a bad position as we are stuck with them for a long time. I don't think we sign Felix as we probably have Nkunku in that position but never say never.
