I couldn't disagree more about our midfield! Imho it's absolutely killing us, both defensively and offensively. Having 70% possession and making a 1001 passes in the middle of the pitch is meaningless. Honestly, what the hell did Kovacic and Kante bring to the team tonight? It's sad to see the once mighty Kante looking like a journeyman player these days.

I couldn't agree more! I think we overachieved last season, which was mainly due to so many other teams being even worse than us. We just have a team filled with moderate level players these days. Yes, some have good games every now and then but so does nearly every player in the Premiership. But week in week out most of our current squad are just not good enough. It's a 2 or 3 year job at least to rebuild this team. Patience is needed by everyone!

My tactic to play against us would be to shoot as soon aa you get inside our half. You only need two on target and one will go in.

Tbh, I don't follow football outside of England, so I really don't have much of a clue who we should try and get. But it really shouldn't be that hard to find a better keeper than Kepa.

But this is why we're a million miles off from challenging for the title these days. We have people making hugely important decisions who haven't a clue what they're doing, making bad signing after bad signing. The only consolation is we're not the only top club getting it very badly wrong. . .

Doing the impossible by making the Torres. signing look like good value for money. Apart from having decent reflexes for low shots, he is fecking pants at every other aspect of goalkeeping! We're just making far, far too many terrible or bang average signings, and until we get people in who know what they're doing when looking at players to sign, we won't have a prayer of challenging for the title again any time soon!

We are where we are though. We''re not going to be able to attract a genuine world class striker. Tammy is about our level at the mo. Imho, there are much more glaring weaknesses that need seeing too - keeper, CB's, fb's, wingers, and someone who can make a pass in the final third.

I think I'm correct in saying that in the ratio of goals conceded from shots on target he has the worst record in the league. Would anyone be stupid enough to pay even £20 million for him now? All I can say is get him off the wage bill asp!!!

Our players are simply not good enough! Azpi is shot. Piss poor keeper. 4 very average CB's. A dire midfield that can't create or protect. Wingers not doing anywhere near enough. One young centre forward carrying the team.

Once again Kepa gets a hand to a shot and can't keep it out. The guy is a liability and must be replaced, no matter how much we lose on getting rid of him!

Just one of the poorest quality games I've seen in a long time. Not one player on the pitch deserves more than 6/10. Let's face it, we're a bang average team in a bang average quality league this season. The fact that we're still in contention for top four underlines just how average this league is this season.

Could be unhappy, missing home life, family and friends etc. I really rate this lads potential so I hope he gets his form back.

I agree about his passing being good. Loved that pass wide to James last week! I could be wrong, but I don't think he quite has the top level pace or trickery to be a top winger. I can see him developing into more of an inside forward as time goes on.

Too many injuries to too many players these days! Overtraining or something must be causing this.

The stat of being 24 and only starting 33 games underlines how desperately unlucky he's been with injuries. When fully fit and given a good run of games he was really starting to show the huge potential we all know he has. Without those injuries he might well be up there with the elte players in the Premiership or even true world class. I just pray he can regain full fitness and get back to his best.

Western countries have shown they can very quickly regenerate after really major wars, so damage inflicted on the West by Iran would be very temporary. The damage that the West could, if it wanted to, inflict on Iran, would mean there was no people or country left to regenerate. Shame, because as a Country Iran has great potential but it'll always be a pox on the world so long as its lead by extremist, religious nutters. USA - land of the free where millions upon millions of people of all races and religions go to live. Iran - a country where people flee for their lives.

If it wanted to America could wipe Iran off the face of the earth in less than a day.

The clubs alarming financial figures for the last year has put into serious question just what level player we can afford to buy now. Losing nearly £100 million and revenue almost flatlining might well mean we're shopping at Aldi rather than Harrods in the coming transfer windows.

Apart from that everything else is OK.

Imho he was our poorest player. Not good defensively and going forward not one ball into the box went to a Chelsea player. Weak shot when given space and a free kick that went straight out of play. Still very young, so by no means giving up on him, but out of all our young players he's been the one who's not really shown anything yet. Just doesn't look ready for us yet, so a loan to another Premiership team might be best for him.

I remember Henry not being able to hit a barn door with a banjo early in his career at Arsenal. At least CHO is now getting into the box and looking to be positive and having a go. Hopefully he'll get a goal soon which will be a big boost to his confidence, ease some of the pressuee and help him relax a bit more. Also.Why are CHO, Tammy, Mount, Tomori getting their fair share of stick while James seems to be getting away with being pretty shite?
