I'm starting to think the relegation talk is that absurd at all. Two last league victories were against Aston Villa and a poor 1-0 result against Norwich. Thats really worrying.

Spurs is a 5th ot 6th place quality material. The fact a 0-0 after parking the bus 90 minutes is seen as a good results speaks loud about the current state of things. After 14 games played, the 14th place in table is well deserved for what this team has produced this season.

Indeed. When I was watching the game I thought it was a good piece of football. To other side, people think it was a good performance because it was Spurs (in form team), so its okay to park the bus and play like the underdog. Mourinho again was playing to not lose the game. The team cant play like that the whole time. Mourinho didn't fixed the defense, because playing with 11 players behind the ball is not how you fix your defensive system. To other side the team showed tactical discipline, something that was not there in other matches, so there is some kind of "progress". To other side this season is doomed. At the end of the season the club must evaluate what happened since 2013 and come up with a decision.

Indeed, considering the circunstances that was a good result and I really the performance, but when the fact we are in this kind of "circunstances" speaks loud about how bad this season actually is.

Mourinho biggest mistake this season was giving Costa too much credit. I mean, he was FAT in the start of the season. How can a professional start a season like that is beyond me. I hope the Cavani rumors are correct.

Easily the best performance of the season. Jose deserves credits for trying something unusual, playing with the so called false 9. The team looked solid in the defense, but still looked dangerous going forward. To other side at this point I'm pretty convinced the the team won't get a top 4 finish and at the end of the day that was a pretty bad result.

This is going to be the worst Adidas kit ever, even worst than the Robocop one from 09/10 season. Those small designs make the whole thing look as cheesy as cheesy can be. This Russia kit looks something designed for a circus stage rather than a football field. I just imagine a blue kit full of little lions, with the iconic 3 stripes moved to the sides, and the ugly white+red Yokohama logo. Thats going to be painful to watch.

Dude, next untying is not goal difference, is the results between all teams. If we draw with Porto and Beat Maccabi: Chelsea 6 points. Porto 5 points. Dynamo 5 points. So, goal difference doesn't matter here, a draw is enough to finish 1st.

Losing at home for Norwich is not normal, so its right when people get mad and write posts after a unusual result. So, a bad result today would mean Mourinho topic being pretty hot, but thats natural. We are no talking about a game where Jose came up with an amazing tactic plan and put Barcelona or Bayern in his pocket, so its natural that people won't be in Mourinho thread writing posts. To other side, when the team can't play fooball against Sunderland, its not normal, so its something unusual, people will write posts about that. 1-0 result aside, nothing special happened.
