Really excited about this one. Alonso played with Cahill in Bolton. Cahill is a Bolton quality player, but became "world class" as a Chelsea player. It seems Alonso is not that good for Fiorentina. I wont be surprised if in one year from now he also becomes "world class".

No one knows what Conte is about. The talk about Conte being the right man ir baseless. Untill know all people are saying about him is he can produce powerful speechs for his players and he makes some wild celebrations in the sidelines. Conte wont make any miracle as long as our back four are shit as the current one.

Conte will face a tough season. First 2 PL games were not encouraging. With our current shit back 4, the talk about this team fighting with City and United seems really crazy at this point. I will be really surprised if Conte manage to get this team into the top 4.

Hazard is only 1 player. He cant be at every side of the pitch. This team is not good enough for a top 4 finish. Period. At least 3 more players are needed. Real players, not those ones who would be sent on loan.

Conte took over a "weak Juve" in a weak Serie A. We are talking about a Premier League here. The current situation is really bad, and we need at least 2 seasons to even think about "battling it out" with Manchester clubs.

People were saying the same shit about Atletico in 2014, and made it into the finals again this season. Any player in the world would trade a PL trophy for a CL one, so your comparison about money doesn't make any sense. We don't any chance of winning the PL this season with the current squad, you are fooling yourself if you think a team with Azpi, Terry, Cahill and Ivanovic at the back 4 can even finish in the top 4 this season. With the current team a realistic finish is between 6th and 7th.

Just being realistic. Squad was weak last season, team finished in a deserved 10th place. Do you believe that suddenly this team will get a top 4 finish when all we got days before the start of the season is Kante and Batixuai. Being realistic is the best thing to do. Getting a 7th place at the end of the season is a real possibility.

No doubt Costa would want a move back to Atletico. Atletico is a team that can win UCL next season, while Chelsea will even struggle to get top 6 finish in PL.

I hope Mourinho get Matic, so this average player can play elsewhere. A player that represents the mediocre post 2013 era. Don't tell me he was a monster in 14/15 season. One year later Leicester was winning the same PL with the likes of Drinkwater having a superb season, even though they are not superb players. Don't get me wrong, I really hope PL will return to its former glory, but I read people in this forum saying Cuadrado was good, but was good in Serie A, but we should be asking ourselves if at this point if a league where Arsenal still managed to finish 2nd and United almost finished on top 4, if this league is really that better than Serie A. Matic is a portuguese league quality player, just like Cahill is a Bolton quality player and Azpilicueta is a mid table La Liga quality player. These are 3 players that cant be starting games for a team that want to get back UCL football. Selling Matic would represent the first steps of a new era.

Roma almost finished Seria A in 2nd. Chelsea finished PL in 10th. If Chelsea get CL football next season (it won't be as easy as you think), then its easy for him to wait until we get back UCL football. Also, why he would want to join Chelsea because of Conte? Conte is a good manager, but he doesn't have the status of a Guardiola. I really doubt a player that never worked with Conte before, would want to join Chelsea because of him. Nainggolan pals are in Italy, he has been playing in Italy for the past 11 years, since his youth career. The fact Hazard and Courtois are from the same country and play for the same NT does't mean they are pals.
