Actually it was BBC who was reporting. goal.com and trifootball were just reproducing what BBC said. but yeah, about the comments above. well, well, well, who needs Andy Caroll for 7 millions, when we have Borini and Sturridge...

I have a serious problem with Carlo

He might not be responsible for the transfers. But he is for using Ferreira as a central back, and Zhirkov as a left midfielder... Btw, Mourinho is not that special. I prefer Carlo over him. What Mourinho did was an obligation, due to the millions we invested on players when he was in charge. I would like to see someone with fresh ideas or a dutch coach with crazy ideas, lol. I really would love to see Hiddink here again. Hes the best coach in the world imo. But thats impossible right now. But Carlo is the coach for now, lets hope he turn things to right way and leave a good legacy to this club. -

We support them until they do good for the club. For example, after last season I wanted Didier to leave, because he is 32 years old, and we could make some money on him, and also leave space for the youth. I love him, but I dont want see him playing here until his 35, 36, at least not as a first team player. -

Whos asking to bring Scolari back ? So Carlo won the double last season with a squad that was build by Mourinho, using the old 4-3-3 used by Mourinho, now he will stay here forever ?? His currently season is poor. More poor than the terrible Scolari´s ternure. Its not only about the results, but about the future. Look what happend with Milan. Carlo stayed there for 9 years, won 1 national championship and two champions leagues. I do really expect Chelsea to win more than that in next 9 years. He extended Maldini´s career until his 40, played with Inzaghi whos now is almost 37, asked the old Beckham to play there... Carlo dont have the balls to play Bruma as a central back in a game against Sunderland at Stanford Bridge, dont have the balls to use Bruma against Newcastle, so play with Paulo Ferreira as a central back, or Alex to play, even if he needs a surgery. Im sure we wont get the Premier League this season, nor the Champions League, but i wouldn't care about it, if we could see a prospect for incoming years. But I dont see that, when we realize that our best players are a 33 years old striker and a 33 years old midfielder, and the first substitute choice for the first is Kalou and we dont have one for the later. Chelsea needs to rebuild this team, this style of play, and I dont think that Acelotti is the best name to do that. I would like to see a guy with fresh ideas like Guardiola. I dont think it will be right to sack the italian right now, in respect for what he have done in last season, but I really hope that in summer the board gently ask him to leave, or wait until his contract ends in 2012, to avoid spending money for the contract break.. and I hope we still will be a champions league side until there. In football things must go on...a player was good in the past, but if not good anymore or too old, then bye bye, find another place to play. Player and coaches come and go, but the clubs stays. It seems that some guys support not Chelsea, but Carlo FC, Drogba FC, Terry FC, Lampard FC....and now we also have the Kalou FC. -
is not that 7-1, its that Chelsea 0 x 3 Stoke; Chelsea 0 x 1 Birmingham, Liverpool 2 x 0 Chels...
-
The problem is that is very hard to see us beating United right now...
-
pfff

We are fighting for a place in next Champions League...im not thinking about title anymore. Its really optimistic to think about title with this squad and poor football. Im afraid we will struggle to even get a champions league place.
-
I thought that in United Kingdon there was democracy, and freedom of speech, but it seems that if you dont say that Carlo is a superb coach ( and he is not, imo ) you must be silenced.
-
LMAO

Fuck Drogba.
-
LMAO...Kalooooooou. This the one that I know. One goal and then an unbeliveable miss.

Neymar is not ready yet. If He comes to Europe right now i have misgivings about him being an instant success. But, what Im saying is: what makes people think that Kakuta is 100 times better than him? I know it came from one german teenager, but its also funny.
-
watch your tongue boy, your talking about competitions that produced Kaká, Rivaldo, Ronaldo, Ronaldinho, Romário. Watch your tongue and see whats going to happen with Neymar and Kakuta in next 10 years...I wont argue with you. Its a question of time.
-
LMAO...so you dont want the team that you support to win trophies...lol. If Im a glory hunter, so its Roman, because hes the one who fired 4 managers before the italian, not me. Of course im started to support Chelsea before Roman arrived, and Im bet that all guys outside England too. Most part of them, at least. If Chelsea is a global brand now, its because of Roman and his millions. Chelsea had 3 avarage seasons when its was overshadowed by Manchester and C. Ronaldo, and never stopped supporting the team. I started to support Chelsea when it was hated by the whole world, and when it used to play an ugly and defensive football. Chelsea never managed to win a Champions League, never played the most beautiful football in the world, never had the best player in the world, is still far from being recognized as one of the greatest clubs in the world. So, if I was a glory hunter who's after success at any cost as you say, I was supporting Manchester, Real Madrid or Barcelona, not Chelsea.
-
I really hope this is not another bullshit.
-
I dont know about Sturridge, but Kakuta would take 0 or -1. lol
-
We should think about what we want from players...Kalou is not the kind of player we expect to see in a team who wants to become the biggest club in the world. Malouda played nice last season, but before that his perfirmace was really poor. He deserved the critics. Ramires performance is poor right now. He must improve. This the life in big clubs. For players and managers. So you expect to fans to watch a player fucking the game and think: lets wait 2 or 3 years to see if hes good or not.
-
His peformance has been poor...the problem is that hes playing out of position. He is not suposed to play as a right midfielder. He is a defenside midfielder, in Brazil we call this position "second defensive midfielder"...something like that. Was playing in this position that he achieved succes and went to Benfica and to National Team.

Bets on Carlo leaving/sacked reduced dramaticly
Henrique replied to Rubber bullets's topic in Matthew Harding Stand
Quite idiot you and some guys here are. You dont need to be a magician to realize that we wont go too far in Champions League with this squad. Some people really love to read lies, like "we will win everything and Carlo will stay here for 15 years". -

Winning tomorrow is an obligation...anyway, Im sure that if Carlo stay for another season, is only to avoid wasting money on the contract clause. I dont see us going to another Champions League Final nor winning Premier League again in this season. We dont have a squad good enough to do so. The first games we played with our complete team, but we wont have it the whole season, as we dont have right now. The board must assume that we will have some seasons whith no trophies, while we build another strong squad, or they must waste money on new players. The problem with Chelsea is not always the manager, though I dont want Acelotti to stay beyond 2012, even if he win one Champions League. -
When I said that we dont have a squad that is good enough, some people called me idiot...but only an idiot to believe that our squad was as good as last season. Drogba is almost 33, wont play forever, neither Lampard, Anellka...Ancelotti is a coward. He is afraid of giving the youth the chance. We lack creativity in midfielder. Im hope im wrong, bu now facing Newcastle, Everton, Spurs, Arsenal and Manchester, I see us going to 3th or 4th place. I dont know if the manager is to blame, the fact is that our squad is not as good as in past years. This is the weakest squad since Abramovich bought the club...but Carlo is the one who buy the players, was the one who thought the squad was good enough, and is also taking terrible decisions in last games...lets see what happens, but Im not sure if Ancelotti will stay for long...
