Its getting really difficult to support Carlo. We are playing shit, but he never try something different. The same awful 4-3-3.

Our club just dont know how to buy players. Look at the Mourinhos years, how many money did we spent ? How many players did you bought ? Some may say that we bought Drogba, Essien, A.Cole, Carvalho and Shevchenko ( he was a flop, bu buying him was not a mistake, since he as the best striker in the world when he arrived)...ok, but we cant forget we bought W. Philips, Jarosik, Maniche, Del Honor, Kezman, Pizarro, Boularouz, Kalou, Mikel, Bel Haim, and also two player who werent a total flop: Deco and Benayoun, but whats the point of buying Deco when you already had Lampard and Ballack; and why Benayou whos 30, when the team have an age problem?. We let Parker, Robben, Gudjonsen and Duff go, and kept Kalou, Mikel and Ferreira all these years. In past two years we spent almost 40 millions in Zhirkov and Ramiires together. I think we could do better with that money, and sometimes there are really good players for the correct price and we just dont seem very interested, like Arshavin, Sneijder and van der Vart. Every year when we go to market, I know that one time I will feel like this:

Yes Neymar for 30 millions. No Kaká for 40 millions. Kaká is almost finished. Neymar can win the 2012 Olympic Games and the 2014 World Cup, can turn into a world superstar. You only can expect Kaká to stay in shadow of Ronaldo at Madrid. I would pay 20 millions for Kaká. 40 millions is just stupid.

Thats why here counts what he have done at Milan and in last season. He is good enough to do a decent job. Decent job means: stay a CL side without spending a mountain of money. Lets remember that we had 3 seasons without winning the league. There is no difference in ending in 2nd or 4th place, since you have the same result: no PL trophy and one CL place.

Buying him for 40 millions will one great stupid thing to do. Right now he is a big gamble. You don buy gambles for 40 millions. There were some news in Brazil some months ago, that he has a problem in his legs that doomed his career forever.

The situation is: the board sacked so many managers in past years, it just created a bad atmosphere on the club. Every manager who arrive at the club feel the heat. I remember that Ancelotti seemed really nervous in his first Premier League against Hull at Stamford Bridge last season. Imagine him starting his career here with a lost or a drawn against Hull at home. So, now I bet few fans think that sacking Ancelotti now is the right thing to do, even if they believe he deverve to be ass kicked. I not a fan of the italian, but I want him to stay until 2012, or at least the end of the season. I dont believe Carlo is one of the greatest managers ever. He is not even close. But you dont have to be one of the greatest ever to manage a great club. I dont think he is the right man for the job, but now its too late, since we gave him a contract that runs until 2012, so lets support him, give him enough good players to do a decent job, support, criticize, blame and pray.

Mates, Carlo is still here because he have won the double last season. If it was his first season he would already be sacked. If we lose today it will be difficult for him.

Some good points, but: Grant was offered a 3 years contract or something like that. That was the stupidiest thing Roman has ever made. If you give him a contract, I think that what he did during this term was enough to give him another season. Why not let him stay until the end of the season, and then see if he was good enough to stay longer ? What Roman was expecting him to do to stay until the end of the contract ? Yeah, our current form is by far worst than that, but Scolari lost the dressing room. To the other side, I believe that this wasnt a nice idea, since you give players too much power. Mourinho was sacked becuase he was supposed to put Terry on the bench ( Makelelé had no reason to lie), and Scolari was sacked because our child Drogba wasnt happy with him. Our team will only have the stability we need when Drogba, Terry and these guys goes, and we show to our managers whos in charge. Look to Manchester. Fergunson is there, and there is no player stronger than him. If he say you wont play, then you accept that or just find another place to play. We cant sack Carlo now. If we buy in Janurary, we must buy someon who arealdy play in Premier League...there must be no more excuses for the adaptation thing. We cant say Ramires is awful, because someone will say: "he is learning how to play here". We need someone who arealdy knows how to do it.
