I started watching PL almost 10 years ago because brazilian football got awful, slow and boring. Palmeiras had a team in 90s that was better than any team in PL history. Velloso; Roberto Carlos, Antonio Carlos, Kleber, Claudio; Rivaldo, Cesar Sampaio, Flavio Conceição, Zinho; Edmundo e Evair. What a team. Today brazilians team are getting back old players like Luiz Fabiano, Ronaldinho and Adriano, and they return as great players, while the big clubs just doesnt have a academy.
