I dont he was good. He just played okay, but he never was able to make any impact in the game. Okay, Willian wanst the answer to our problems, but Ba was? Schurle was having an awful match, the natural thing to do was to bring Willian, but if he wanted to bring Ba, the natural thing to do was replacing Torres. Read my posts about Matic and you realize that my opinion is not based only in one game, but it seems other people still base their opinion about Matic in that game against City.

Well, at the end of the day for the whole season we played bad football. I knew that a team can't win the league winning games with bad football, because sometimes lucky is not your friend. The line-up was horrendous, the subs were awful: Salah barely get involved in our past games, then he was asked to change the game in such a tough match. Choosing Ba instead another attacking mid (Willian) killed the game. We lost presence in mid, and Crystal had at least 5 chances to scored a second goal. We have many problems in our squad, like Ivanovic. The man cant cross, he never help the attack in the way a proper RB would do. ps: I said it before, and game after game I'm more convinced of this: Matic is the most overrated player in recent years. I'm not saying he is a bad player, and he is certainly better than Mikel, but is not as good as he is pictured in this forum. When all he has to do is to sit in front of the defense, make some interceptions and some short passes, he is okay, but when you need a DM with minimal attacking skills, you realize he has his limitations, but when you read Matic ratings in this forum, you end up thinking we have Yaya Toure instead of Matic. The serbian is far from the modern DM we need to play a more dynamic football.

Its probably the first time in PL that they really have a chance to win it, when no one expected then to do it. Liverpool is dropping points, but thats not my point. Mourinho has a better squad in his hands. Even if City win the league, for me Mourinho did a better job than Pellegrini, because with their squad, at this point there should be no doubt about whos going to win the league. Why are you assuming I am a "hater"? Yeah, we are in better position than previous seasons, but it would be insane to imagine Mourinho doing worst than Villas Boas or Di Matteo. If you think our problems rely on the striker, you shoukd ask Mourinho why we dont have a proper one. We are still in a good position to win the league, because City has been inconsisten as well.

Well, now Mourinho lunatics will blame the squad if we dont win the league. We already have some crazy people claiming Arsenal and even Liverpool have better squads. Its very simple: Mourinho is so special that if we end up in 3rd position it means the squad is only good enough to end up in 5th, and only Jose magic make the team climb 2 positions. The common sense is: we have the 2nd strongest squad in the league, you will find few people outside rival fans arguing about that. What I ask is: whats the purppose of a special one? If at the end of the day the team will finish in a position that a mediocre manager would be able to achieve? Why we praise the managers if in the end the quality of the squad is what really matters? Untill now, Mourinhos job has been inconsitent. For me Brendand Rodgers is easily the manager of the season. He is doing a miracle with that Liverpool squad.

I think its almost impossible to predict those results. Looking at the fixture, its easy to think that the games where City can drop points are the ones against Everton, Arsenal, Liverpool or United, or that the game where cant win is the one against Liverpool. We smashed Asenal 6-0, but I really can see a 1-1 result in our next game against Crystal Palace. This season City dropped points against Cardiff, Southampton, Stoke and Norwich. This season the away games are tough ones, so for me even if City drop points, we still have to win some tough away games. City is in a better position, and if they win it, it will be deserved. Yeah, we beat City, but one week before we could not score a goal against West Ham at SB, then we got that victory that put us back on title race just to dropp 5 points against West Browinch and Aston Villa. You just cant dropp that kind of points at this stage of the season and still manage to be in a lead position.
