Ivanovic is our fourth best CB in my eyes. Luiz and Cahill are both better, if Ivanovic was better than those two in that position he'd start there but he hasn't started over those two in years when they are fit and available.

Personally I would give Hazard no. 7 if Ramires is willing to give that up and let Oscar be no. 10. Don't know why they made Rambo the number 7 in the first place.

Probably a generalisation but why are most American CFC fans in love with Torres?

Any time I go to SB I always keep an eye on FT and 99% of the time he's up front pouting when he loses the ball, he barely puts any effort in for the whole 90 minutes. Torres and effort barely go along in one sentence to me.

Fernando Torres is not a great footballer anymore. He hasn't ever been during his time at Chelsea.

Would give him a 2 year contract tbh. He still has a lot to give us next season, and the season after his experience will be vital too. Reduced wages of course though.

Disagree sorry, Hazard is a wonderful dribbler but Messi edges it. He only gets dispossessed often because he plays in the centre of the pitch, whenever he gets the ball he'll be surrounded by 3/4 players almost every time, whilst Eden is usually one on one/two with his opposition full back and another player. Eden is the more explosive dribbler perhaps, but when it comes to close control dribbling Messi's better.

Statistically, Eto'o is better. He's scored more goals whilst playing lesser games than Torres, and his goal per minute ration is almost twice as good as Torres', so you really can't say that, sorry.

We don't need a real playmaker in there if both of the players in there are adept at passing. Witsel has long ball passing capabilities, as has Matic, combined it would be good enough IMO.

None of the other top clubs have an Englishman as their captain. He doesn't necessarily need to be English. Heck, our captain before JT was Desailly.

He does remind me a lot of De Rossi.

Before Mata left we didn't really have a problem with set piece takers but hopefully in the summer we sign a CM (like Kroos or something) who does have the ability to deliver accurate set pieces.

It's between him, Aguero and Suarez IMO, and the latter two have been absolutely brilliant this season too.

He's not on the list, but a striker I would really, really love to sign is Benzema. I think he fits the system Mou is trying to create here to a tee - he's technically great, great link up play, and also has a brilliant eye for a pass, plus he's used to the Mourinho counter attacking system. He's been great this season for Madrid, currently he's on 17 goals and 8 assists for Real in 33 appearances. He's probably not available, but IMO he fits us the best as he is a proper team playing centre forward. I think he would link up brilliantly with Willian, Oscar and Hazard.
