It's true that we have this tendency to sell best goalscorers. None of them was extraordinary for us but still... 2 seasons ago 3 best goalscorers and only ones with doubt digits: Giroud, Abraham, Werner. All gone. Last season Lukaku was best goalscorer also gone. And now many want Havertz out who scored in 9 different games this season. After him is Sterling with 6 and Auba who scored in 3 different games all in first half of October. No one else scored in more than 2 games this season. Sure, Kai haven't been great, very frustrating with finishing but I can easily name more than 10 players in our squad who should leave before him. If we replaced these guys with upgrades it would be fine but we didn't.

I actually think we had better chance of winning CL with Potter. Defense was very solid, since he is here only Newcastle conceded less goals. And as we know better than anyone defense wins you CL.
