Agreed. He was slowly suffering the Oscar syndrome. People backed Oscar's poor performances and inconsistencies on his brace against Juventus. Similar to Ruben with his performance against City in the EFL Cup final and goals against mid table/Europa league standard clubs in 2019. Tuchel needs to start asking himself when he will start getting involved in training the players in the final third, because it’s become evident the players arent capable of making the most effective decisions.

I know Tuchel said he doesn’t like being tactically strict in the final third, and wanting his players to express themselves freely. But right now, he needs to start getting involved as he has with the first 2/3 of the pitch. There is no understanding, cohesion, or fluidity once we get to the final third. Zero improvement since he’s been appointed on that matter.
