The big downside to Ziyech is that we will only get 2 full sub 30yo seasons out of him. He turns 28 next season so it is not a truly future forward-looking buy. He also has never played outside of the Eredivisie. I have seen articles saying he has yet to even enter his prime years, which unless you count prime years as only 2 or at most, 3, is just silly and ignores all overall data on wingers. He is deffo a dice roll. I do love his style of play though.
