  1. he has TWO league goals since October, both in the same game!!!! he doesn't disappear for stretches in games he disappears for MONTHS I can but take so much of the gaslighting that has went on for multiple years over certain players
  2. '3 years of torture' - Some Chelsea fans hope winger rumour isn't true Chelsea: Fans want Willian gone after attacker makes contract demand https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/premier-league/chelsea/chelsea-fans-want-willian-gone-after-attacker-makes-contract-demand/ Chelsea fans aren’t too pleased about Willian’s latest contract demands as the Blues continue to work out a deal with the Brazilian attacker. ESPN report the 31-year-old winger is keen to remain in west London over a move to FC Barcelona, however, Willian wants a three-year deal at Chelsea instead of the two-year offer the Blues are proposing to the former Anzhi Makhachkala star. The Premier League forward’s current contract with Frank Lampard’s side expires this summer. Marca reported in the January transfer window via The Daily Mail that Willian would join Barcelona for free in the summer transfer window, but this latest update from ESPN has seemingly changed the direction of the story in a new direction. Yet some Chelsea fans weren’t too pleased about it. A few supporters on social media are keen on Lampard offloading Willian when his contract expires at the end of this season given the attacker’s age and the emergence of young wingers at the club like Christian Pulisic and Callum Hudson-Odoi. Here’s what Chelsea fans had to say on Twitter…
  3. We already have a tonne of CMF's (which is where Kante has been moved to) and more on the way from the youngsters like Billy Gilmour and Conor Gallagher, who loves to play a dynamic box to box role, but has played (this is mad, lol) DMF, CMF, LMF, RMF, AMF, and RW so far this season The more I think about it, the better Declan Rice sounds, as besides a great young DMF, he is also a CB as well and may end up there for England. He is better on th ball and at passing than any CB we have now. Lampard can use him in a multiplicity of ways.
  4. Kante is 28yo atEduardo Camavinga (Stade Rennais)m he turns 30 next season, in early, early spring (end of March, 2021) if he were already 30, there is zero chance we would get £100m or more for him thsi summer, which is why I want to cash in this summer my top 5 DMF targets, in order Eduardo Camavinga (insane potential and is a hybrid, can play further up the pitch, but this is so not a Chels buy, not under this shit board, so expect Real or Barca to snap him up and by 2025 he will be the best DMF on the planet, lolol) Declan Rice (who Lamps wants, I think he is great too, can so live with this, downside is the high price but he is young, high quality and an England starter) Thomas Partey (due to £42m RC, which is crazy low for him) Florentino (will be too expensive I fear, and for the money he will cost he is a dice roll) Denis Zakaria Bonus Wilfred Ndidi, but there is no way Leicester will give him up in the summer, I would take him over every other one but Camavinga and Rice Boubakary Soumaré's take on stats are HORRID 2nd worst amongst MFers in Ligue 1 for the first half of the season that is not a good thing for a DMF I need to watch him more and also have someone lay out a case for him
  5. One problem is that so few truly class CF's are truly viable as wingers and also actually available or likely to come here CF's Kylian Mbappé (not viable as a target) Antoine Griezmann (not viable as a target) Lautaro Martínez (not viable as a target) Timo Werner (Obviously is the best choice but as I have stated, I do not see him coming here) Gabriel Jesus (not viable as a target) Anthony Martial (not viable as a target) Iñaki Williams (not viable as a target) Dominic Calvert-Lewin (my 2nd choice for a realistic CF, after Dembele, who is not a winger type, so DCL is the only real option for this hybrid who is a CF first) youth CF's who can also play winger Victor Osimhen (my first choice for youth CF's) Donyell Malen Fedor Chalov Myron Boadu João Pedro In terms of SS's you have João Félix (not viable as a target) Paulo Dybala (not viable as a target) then a big fall off (and both of these are not really CFs at all) Joaquín Correa Ante Rebic that is it for the SS's I suppose you could toss Mertens in, but I do not see him leaving Napoli, I think he renews, plus he turns 34yo towards the end of next season so pass Zaha and Richarlison are wingers who can play CF (like Martial, but they are better on the wing, versus Martial who is better as a CF) but are insanely expensive (especially Zaha, due to his age, as he turns 28 three months into the season, and £80m for only 2 sub 30yo seasons is not a good deal)
  6. Pep Guardiola has been found out this season, says Paul Merson Merson Says: Axing Kepa was a huge call by Lampard https://www.skysports.com/football/news/15205/11925721/pep-guardiola-has-been-found-out-this-season-says-paul-merson

  9. well, that just made Grealish's cost just go up to over £70m if Villa stays up (I do not know what happens if they go down other than he is much more likely to leave)
  10. Dries Mertens shows Chelsea what they are missing with Napoli goal record close https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/dries-mertens-shows-chelsea-what-they-are-missing-napoli-goal-record-a4352641.html
  11. look who is magically healed and now scores a 98th minute goal for Napoli you can go to 6 minutes, 18 seconds https://yfl.tostreamit.com/player/html/XcwpmYAe8C?popup=yes&autoplay=1
  12. a great backup option would be Sven Ulreich, he is only 31, fairly tall, is a backup now, and is deffo out as Bayern are bringing in Alexander Nübel I think he is class
  13. he is a fool to not mix in Adrián (keeps him sharp) Joel Matip (needs game time after coming back from injury) Dejan Lovren Naby Keïta Adam Lallana Takumi Minamino Xherdan Shaqiri all those need game time. some REALLY so and playing them would so improve their chances of winning the FA Cup (which regardless of what Klopp thinks, is a BFD and really cocks up the all-time greatest ranking IF they do not win the trad Treble) none of those listed need time off to the level that simply playing in that game takes away
  14. I understand that reasoning about winger but that assumes 2 things 1 we are going cave in and renew Willian on 200K PW for so or either 2 or 3 years (shoot me now) 2 We couldn't have resold Boga (IF we had too) for a MASSIVE profit (we so could have) The LB part I am unmoved by, and I have laid all all possible quality options who are remotely available (unless you want to toss an super over-priced Digne in there) and NOTHING stopped us from selling one of our dregs and bringing in a superb Telles (to name but one) at basically even cost, and who helps us at multiple levels Alonso's value is plummeting (he is 30yo in December), and Marina upping the price on Inter to an insane 45m euros after quoting them 35m initially (which could have been hammered out to near that) was a huge bitch move that will cost us millions at the end of the day If we hold onto him over the summer, the most we will get is probably well under £20m, say around £15m or so in 2021, which would represent a £30m loss from what RM offered (£45m) in 2018, and to which Marina did the SAME thing (raised it to £55m!) the losses on refused and mistimed sales are KILLING us, its hundreds of million of pounds less cash towards the bottom line and many of the players we hold onto HURT the team!!!!! the only one who truly helped after we refused to sell in a timely fashion was Hazard (and we will take a £90-100m or so loss versus what we could have gotten the year before, although I will admit he got us into the CL and won the EL, so some of that was paid back) Courtois not being sold in 2017 cost us MASSIVELY, as we lost around £40m outright in a lesser t-fee, gained us no CL, no title (did win the FA cup but that was NOT singularly due to Cuntois at all) and it also fucked us the next year, as we could have so so found a far cheaper and better replacement in 2017 than the nightmare £143m forced Kepa cock-up (and so far it DOES look a nightmare atm, which hopefully changes) in 2018
  15. The Bundesliga blows all other big 5 leagues away insane punters at most games Dortmund was probably the most crazed (but still safe) crowd I have seen live unsafe was Roma v Lazio derby (like a giant gang fight with fire, chains, and assorted projectiles, eeeek), The Old Firm at Ibrox (outside mostly was the real cray cray), and the worst..... El Superclasico.....River Plate v Boca, 9 years ago when we were in the Boca away section (only tickets we could get) at Estadio Monumental with our Buenos Aires mates who were Plate fanatics and left all their RP clobber in the cars so they could get in past the coppers (terrifying from beginning to end, inside and outside)
  16. Conte: "At Chelsea, I won the Premier League in the first year and the FA Cup in the second year," he said. "Klopp hasn't won anything yet in England after four years and Guardiola didn't win anything in his first year." https://www.football.london/chelsea-fc/news/chelsea-fans-love-antonio-contes-17683739
  17. let us all hope these reports (and I am seeing it all over) about Lampard demanding Kepa actually be sold (not kept as even backup) are all bullshit as this is NOT the hill to die on Is there anything stable atm????? Right-back and CMF (unless you toss in the Kante uber-dilemma in there) I guess I DREAD this summer, especially if we cock-up top 4
  18. hey Lampard! why don't you sack that dodgy Henrique Hilário FIRST and try and work out Kepa's current issues before demanding we take a monstrous £120m or MORE (cost of Kepa liquidation plus the new keeper's salary plus t-fee) hit on the balance sheet!!!! we are delving into madness
  19. Pope would be a good backup option hellz to muthaphukin NO to Guaita my dog, we are reduced to chasing Roy Hodgson scraps now?????????
  20. why would we open up the Pandora's box of wage structure by renewing him at insane wages until he is 34 (turns 35 right after the 3 years end) it will fuck us hard with the younger players like Tammy and you KNOW he will bitch about lack of playing time if he is 'Pedro'd' full poison mode so depressing to think that it may not be until the start of the 2023-24 season that we are Willian-free it's a nightmare
