  1. yes, Theo Walcott missed by mere inches
  2. Sell Zouma in the summer. He is done here, he is never going to be good enough. Horrific on the ball and makes too many mental errors, plus is bad at positioning . We can get great money for him from a hit n hope team.
  3. I think you are being too harsh on the board (TC) other than a group of Mount haters only thing I was worried about was CHO's achillies, and it seems to be 95% back to normal all the other you listed I personally have not banged on about I have issues with Kepa Zouma << he HAS to go, and he is the one I can see getting in the most fights with over on here. I have always said he is not good enough, and I am NOT changing my mind, he is horrific on the ball, all the people backing him, well every game coughed up like yesterday, thats on them AC Rudiger (I finally am almost convinced he needs to go) Alonso Emerson Kante (square peg , round hole, rapidly ageing, doesnt play well i our system, soon 30, and we are going to get shit for him when/if we sell him now, compared to if we had been smart) Jorgiho (if we renew him,, and thus are stuck with him for 5 or 6 years total more on the books, I am going to give up all hope that we will ever make smart contract moves again) RLC (ONLY due to his Achillies looking like a career ender, or at least in terms of him being a star, I always rated him before that) I am not going to change my mind on any of those other than a iracle turn-around by Rudiger (which looks so unlikely) the rest HAVE to go they are not good enough, and yes, that now includes Kante, it just is shit as we likely will get £70-80m or so less than if we had sold him at peak value (yet a given that he would not work out as we made the turn away from counter-attacking) this is Azpi's last year as a decent player, his legs are already almost gone, he will be kept just for leadership I am sure, but to count on him, say spring 2022, well if we are, we are well fucked Willy will retire surely after this year, unless he goes cashes in in MLS or KSA or China the rest are fine (other than the 25 or so dregs we have to liquidate) and I have been more than fair with Mount and the rest you listed, I do not want any them to leave
  4. I like him as a player, and I hope we get at least £35m for him next summer
  5. we had insanely good buys but the loans and the sales fucking meh fucked about with Italians and got banged in the batty yet again
  6. in fairness to me, I was whingeing on as soon as it happened
  7. RLC out the door? all the way, 100% agree Barkley, I was pissed
  8. tell me JT would not be a massive help with coaching our defence Villa was immense
  9. North, West, East, all there, but Palace in the South is slacking
  10. yes they parked the bus, and Rice flipped the switch out of nowhere and went full beast mode, instilled a charging urgency
  11. only the 3rd time ever a team avoided defeat trailing 3 nil with 10 or less minutes to go in an EPL game
  12. 2020-21 English Premier League Leicester City Aston Villa http://www.sportnews.to/sports/alt/football/Stream-1/ https://www.totalsportek.com/leicester-city-epl/
  13. and massive hat tip to Rice, he completely turned around a horrowshow first half and just smashed Spuds in MF
  14. weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee 3 3 rolfmaoooo
  15. he is being destroyed, lets call it like it is (no offence to you at all)
  16. Højbjerg has helped to take pressure off Ndombele as well, it was a great buy never rated Winks as high as so many did
  17. absolutely agree this comment is like reading my mid
  18. Felipe was a beast at Porto, the best CB in Liga NOS Toby Alderweireld has been really good since he left AM Lucas Hernandez, as long as he stays fit, will come good in a big way, I still believe this in terms of older players leaving AM Miranda was still solid at Inter, and Godin was hardly a bust (and he is old) Savic never looked WC to me, Filipe has always been better, but Savic is solid due to Simeone, so I give you that one Theo Hernandez is a vastly better player than he was at AM as a youth, they fucked up there badly letting him go José Giménez IF (a big if) he stays healthy would be a beast on any squad IMHO Filipe Luís is one for your side of the argument, Sime Vrsaljko as well, but the these two are fullbacks, not CB's Santiago Arias regressed under Simeone, one of the rare ones, as did Mario Hermoso
