wow, Real and Barca are utter shit this season Atletico has two games in hand (versus meh teams) on RM and can be 8 points up on Real, and 13 or 16 points up on Barca (1 game in hand for AM v Barca)
-
I remeber him slacking off far too often, he WAS capable of pressing well, but he never really had the fire in the belly
-
I am not often really negative about a game, but I am really dreading a Shitty pounding of us, and badly they are overdue for a rout of a decent team, which they have done so, so often in the past 3, 4 years
-
Oscar couldn't shine Mounts boots in terms of pressing Oscar was, back then, a better scorer than Mount is now
-
would be strange to see him at LW or more likely, RW too slow I think
-
I am in a bad mood about the team overall, but the Mount bashing (that has been going on for a year plus) is sending me over the edge I had multiple goes for along time with Kante, BUT he was either injured and/or playing out of position (fuck Sarri) and he has returned to his WC menacing ways as he is finally healthy and being played in his correct position same for Zouma, but that was due to his having shit for a great ball handling (thus he was forced to be the ball player FAR too often), back 4-leading WC CB partner, which he now has, and he also is finally completely recovered from his horrific knee injury and has his pace and fearlessness fully back The other players I have ripped apart for ages are 4 that no one disagrees on, Alonso, Kepa, Jorginho, and Emerson Mount gets shit on when he is not even playing badly at all, which is something that I see no other player have happen to them, at least now that Willian is gone, and Willian WAS deserving of most of his criticism on dozens upon dozens of occasions, same for the bobblehead Luiz
-
Alonso statistically is one of the worst crosses in the big 5 euro leagues he is shit
-
Thiago did nothing special at all the whole time he was on you are just taking a cheap shot at Mount, which is really getting tiresome you and a couple other are obsessive in your Mount bashing when the lad is absolutely NOT deserving of that level of hateration Kepa? yes Alonso and Emerson? yes AC? yes Mount is streets ahead of them yet a few haters on here non stop bash and this Thiago comment, whilst maybe true overall, certainly was not warranted in the slightest by his spell in this game

what a defensive masterclass by the geordies, total team effort, ran themselves into the ground with passion

I do not give a rats red arse what nationality a player is, if they are shit, they are shit if they are good they are good I think foreign quotas are bullshit all of the England Sr players would start in any league on the planet, quotas or no quotas half or more of the yanks are insanely xenophobic and yet the NBA signs foreign players like crazy, and have no quotas for home grown, none of their sports leagues do even more so, look at baseball, lolol, put foreign quotas on them and the teams would lose half their players yank footie is really only seriously played in the US, and sort of in Canada (and there are a lot of Canadians in the NFL), so it is the only major sport over there that is pretty much dominated by yanks only
-
plus he is English, very young and already an England Sr Team regular he is a tireless presser and when he is on his game is extremely integral to our side, Lampard or no Lampard I would go fucking bonkers if we sold him
-
Liverpool look like shit so far

Frank needs to take as much of the pressure off the both of them as best he can they are BOTH world class players he also truly needs to use them correctly, formational-wise and positionally there is not a chance we bought two busts, no way, not possible given their track records and play before they came 100% on Lampard if he fucks them up, sorry, not sorry

he was far better than Mou Playing career Ferguson's playing career began as an amateur with Queen's Park, where he made his debut as a striker, aged 16.[20] He described his first match as a "nightmare",[21] but scored Queen's Park's goal in a 2–1 defeat against Stranraer. Perhaps his most notable game for Queen's Park was the 7–1 defeat away to Queen of the South on Boxing Day 1959 when ex-England international Ivor Broadis scored four of the Queen of the South goals. Ferguson was the solitary Queen's Park goalscorer.[22] Despite scoring 20 goals in his 31 games for Queen's Park, he could not command a regular place in the side and moved to St Johnstone in 1960. Although he continued to score regularly at St Johnstone, he was still unable to command a regular place and regularly requested transfers. Ferguson was out of favour at the club and he even considered emigrating to Canada,[23] however St Johnstone's failure to sign a forward led the manager to select Ferguson for a match against Rangers, in which he scored a hat-trick in a surprise victory. Dunfermline signed him the following summer (1964), and Ferguson became a full-time professional footballer. The following season (1964–65), Dunfermline were strong challengers for the Scottish League and reached the Scottish Cup Final, but Ferguson was dropped for the final after a poor performance in a league game against St Johnstone. Dunfermline lost the final 3–2 to Celtic, then failed to win the League by one point. The 1965–66 season saw Ferguson notch up 45 goals in 51 games for Dunfermline. Along with Joe McBride of Celtic, he was the top goalscorer in the Scottish league with 31 goals.[24] He then joined Rangers for £65,000, then a record fee for a transfer between two Scottish clubs. He performed well in Europe during his two seasons with the club, scoring six goals in nine appearances in the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup including two against 1.FC Köln in the 1967–68 competition, and an important strike against Athletic Bilbao in the 1968–69 edition which helped Rangers into the semi-finals,[25] but on both occasions they were knocked out by English opposition. He was blamed for a goal conceded in the 1969 Scottish Cup Final,[26] in a match in which he was designated to mark Celtic captain, Billy McNeill, and was subsequently forced to play for the club's junior side instead of for the first team.[27] According to his brother, Ferguson was so upset by the experience that he threw his losers' medal away.[28] There have been claims that he suffered discrimination at Rangers after his marriage to a Catholic, Cathy Holding,[29] but Ferguson himself makes it clear in his autobiography[30] that Rangers knew of his wife's religion when he joined the club and that he left the club very reluctantly, due to the fall-out from his alleged cup final mistake. The following October, Nottingham Forest wanted to sign Ferguson,[31] but his wife was not keen on moving to England at that time so he went to Falkirk instead. He remained at Brockville for four years gaining more league appearances than he had elsewhere; in light of his experience he was promoted to player-coach, but when John Prentice became manager he removed Ferguson's coaching responsibilities. Ferguson's time at Falkirk was soured by this and he responded by requesting a transfer and moved to Ayr United, where he finished his playing career in 1974.[

and it ended up with SEVEN minutes added on, lolol it is madness, corrupt madness at most there should have been 3 minutes added on, meaning no Manure game-winning goal another theft of points (and a gift to them) by PGMOL

he is shit so done with him and now we get so much less than we could have

90% of my unhappiness is with Lampard We have an insane roster, even without the final pieces in my puzzle (which I admit are not exactly small in terms of cost, ie. Rice, a WC CB to replace Thiago in 18 months or so, a really solid LB for backup (we have RB's in the pipeline to replace Azpi in 2 years or so), a decent RWer to give cover/competition for the very fragile Ziyech,(like a Pedro Neto type, and I DID warn that winger would fuck us, as we lost TWO and replaced neither), a big strong CF to hopefully replace Tammy (Giroud is surely gone in the summer, and my DREAM is Håland, but so hard to do) and a better GKer for backup/comeptition for Mendy) Lampard is exhibiting so little creative thinking, it is so worrying. He is poor at formations, subs, and in-game tactics, which comes from his profound lack of experience.
