  1. IF this Hakimi deal falls through, it is yet MORE evidence that Northern Italians have Marina on a leash she gets lead around like a shih-poo every single time we go and deal with Juve (the worst!) Inter, or AC Milan
  2. the Hakimi miss, IF it does not happen is MASSIVE how often do we have actual shots at a player who is literally the best on the planet at his position? we have 2 now Hakimi is the best RWB/RMFer on the planet and Håland is the best pure CF (well in a year or two max, as Lewa slows down) and if I was laying odds Hakimi is 70 to 80% not coming and Håland is 50/50 at best, and dropping the ONLY replacing (there is literally NONE for Hakimi) for Håland would be a temp (and it would HAVE to be this window, due to age) 2 year window, 3 max (in terms of level of play) Lewa signing (which is NEVER going to happen) or Mbappe (never going to happen, we are not even linked) Lukaku has ruled out any move, he loves living in Milan (who wouldn't?) and Kane is NEVER coming (I never seriously even entertained the idea anyway) neither even truly excite me any way to the level of Håland or Mbappe, not even remotely close and after them the drop off is INSANE for CF's with Silas blowing out his knee, the drop off for RWB's is even bigger I am rapidly going into a dark dark mood
  3. IF it is true about what he supposedly told Hakimi, this cunt needs to be liquidated tomorrow 🤬 we never should have bought him guaranteed it came because of the way he played against us
  4. unless the name is Gravenberch can we swear off buying Dutch league players ever again or at least for a long time (some new decent one may pop up) please
  5. I warned all on Ziyech (as did some others) now, beyond being a fraud quality-wise, if this is true, he is fucking backstabbing us on transfers and btw guess where he told Inter and AC Milan (who both are enquiring) the only place he wants to go to? yep PSG the fix is likely in
  6. they have over 1 trillion quid backing them indirectly they are in effect a state owned team
  7. Worse, I think Håland has at least a 35 to 45% (and rising) chance to go to Real this window and I am NOT liking the dregs we are now being linked with for CF
  8. this window can quickly go to utter shit 😿
  9. PSG WANT HAKIMI DEAL BY SUNDAY https://football-italia.net/psg-want-hakimi-deal-by-sunday/ PSG are the favourites for Inter wing-back Achraf Hakimi and want to close the deal by Sunday, it’s reported, as Chelsea haven’t raised their offer. According to Sportitalia and Sky Sport Italia, Paris Saint-Germain are more determined to secure the Morocco international and fully intent on getting the move over the line by the end of this week. The Nerazzurri have no intention of accepting a player as part of the exchange, so Chelsea’s bid of €60m plus Marcos Alonso is rejected. Instead, PSG are set to increase their offer to €70m plus performance-related bonuses, which would be acceptable to the San Siro club. Sportitalia are confident the 22-year-old also favours PSG rather than Chelsea for his next destination. The right-back was signed from Real Madrid in September 2020 for €45m, after his two-season loan experience at Borussia Dortmund. Hakimi helped Inter to the Serie A title, with seven goals and 10 assists in 37 league appearances.
  10. Maybe, I would REALLY hate for Real to get him on a free
  11. Physical plant expenditures do not count against the main club balance sheet (the one used for FFP).
  12. and is soon 30yo, so has shit for resale value if he is a bust after two seasons
  13. that isn't how things work and Benz IS ageing out, it will happen soon IF Real can work out the fee, Håland will be gone to them we are a small club compared to Real and Barca all others are, even Manure, Juve, Pool, us, Citeh, PSG, AC MIlan, and even Bayern, and those 2 new billion euro+ stadiums will smash that difference home every day after they open I expect Barca to dip a bit when Messi retires/leaves, but they will recover Real can lose any player, no matter who, and they are just always going to be the biggest club is that fair? life isn't fair
  14. only CF options for me IF we miss out on Håland AND IF we still buy one Dominic Calvert-Lewin (price makes this unlikely) Dusan Vlahovic (probably the CF I would buy, as I doubt Sociedad comes down from Isak's RC) Alexander Isak (his release clause is too high though) Youssef En-Nesyri Jonathan David Adam Hlozek (18yo youth player, MASSIVE upside)
  15. I will keep this simple HELL NO TO GERARD MORENO
  16. 2017 and 2018. A disastrous run of windows and poor decisions then and later on that will end up costing us half a billion+ in lost funds when the books are finally closed.
  17. We HAVE to restart the new stadium. Soon Barca and Real BOTH will have new, 1 billion euros a piece completed renovated/redone 'best football stadiums on the planet' homes, PSG is in the process of a half billion euro+ redo, and Manure and Liverpool will keep on renovating and expanding Old Shitford and Spamfield. Spuds have a state of the art giant new stadium, same for Juve and Atletico. Citeh have dumped over a billion into their combined physical plant, Arse will soon do a renovation, etc etc (even EVERTON soon has brand new stadium, ffs). The only other clubs in terms of the giant old powers with a huge issue besides us (and they still dwarf us capacity-wise) are the 2 Milan sides, as COVID and financial issues are helping to collapse the new shared stadium for them atm. IF we are trying to get 'best players on the planet at their positions' players, our stadium crushes us in both revenue and pulling power (it is tiny and run down, so so not remotely world class). I cannot stress how important this already is, and it will only get worse as the years roll by.
  18. IF this is true (and a fee agreement happens) welcome to the nightmare 😿 ‘Total agreement’ reached, as Chelsea, Man Utd target Haaland makes his move https://www.teamtalk.com/news/total-agreement-Chelsea-man-utd-haaland-transfer-real-madrid Chelsea and Man Utd target Erling Haaland has edged closer to a blockbuster transfer after reaching a ‘total agreement’ with his proposed next club, per a report. The Norwegian sensation, 20, is one of the most sought after footballers in the European game. Since moving to Borussia Dortmund, Haaland has operated at marginally below a goal every game. In the most recent season, he notched exactly 41 strikes from 41 outings. Unsurprisingly, the heavy hitters took note, but it now appears a Bundesliga exit could happen sooner than many believed. From an English perspective, Chelsea and Man Utd appeared to be leading the way for his signature. Man Utd’s immediate need diminished slightly when Edinson Cavani signed on for an additional year. But acquiring Haaland would represent a longer term option and will secure the No.9 spot for a decade wherever he goes. Chelsea are on the hunt for a clinical centre forward to remedy their attacking issues. Thomas Tuchel has his Blues side purring. But Timo Werner failed to convince in his maiden year in England. That led to Kai Havertz often being deployed as a false nine. However, according to noted Italian journalist Alfredo Pedulla of SportItalia, both sides are set to miss out. That’s because they report that Real Madrid have reached a ‘total agreement’ with the marksman over personal terms. Haaland is on board with taking his next step in Spain, but the matter of convincing Dortmund to sell remains in play.
  19. that was inevitable, as both Milan clubs are in the mud financially, plus Juve have been drooling over him all season long
  20. Mbappe, if PSG pull off all their WC targets (they have Donnarumma already, for sure will get Camavinga, and are leading the race for Hakimi and Varane) just might renew, and if so, and we fail on Håland this summer, PSG could damn well pull Håland too and have a superteam. No chance, either way, Mbappe leaves in a free. He likely would never fuck over his hometown club (Donnarumma is not from Turin) like that. He will cut some sort of short term deal with a doable, but still fairly high, release clause (125 to 150m euros would be my guess as to the range, which is 107 to 128m quid).
  21. If true, we need to stop fucking about and just get it done. The only other RWB who is doable AND potentially at Hakimi level (Silas) is out with a knee injury and needs to be watched to see if he recovers. All others after those 2 are not at their level (Hakimi) or potential, pre injury level (Silas). I am going to be gutted if PSG pulls Hakimi. He is a best in world (at a specific position, in his case right wingback) vision target, as is Håland (in a year or two for Erling, as Lewa will fade, and he will become the best pure CF).
