  1. Silva is 5 or 6 cms taller tha Kounde AND is one of the shortest regularly-playing CB's in the EPL I never claimed you had to be 1.96m to be a great CB but 18cm shorter than that is a big deal in the EPL
  2. he is nowhere near that level of talent and Ricardo Carvalho was 8 cms taller than Cannavaro so not a valid comparison Cannavaro never had to deal consistently with an EPL type of aerial game Kounde will get beaten about in the air in today's EPL, bullied by the typical brute EPL striker we are not buying him, I am going out on a limb and calling that we are not spending £69m (80m euro release clause that Sevilla will not budge on) on Kounde this is where I draw the line in terms of advocating a buy I predict big trouble if we shit away that level of cash on him the height difference between Carvalho and Kounde is the same as between Kounde and Diego Carlos (hardly a towering CB, he is the same height as I am am) the height difference between Kounde and Giroud (for instance) is roughly the same as that between Verratti and his ex GF Cindy Bruna or between Kounde and Rudiger, (who is 12cm taller than Kounde), if you subtract her heels https://sevillafc.es/en/teams/first-team/j-kounde
  3. HELL NO to Kounde £69m for a dwarf CB?
  4. class act, we are going to miss him I almost always felt better seeing him coming onto the pitch so hope he gets a shot to break Henry's French goal record 281 goals, 101 assists for club and country likely will end up with over 400 goals produced
  5. the only topflight goal of his career
  6. lol, now we are supposedly in a war with Manure and Victimpool to sign..................Nicolò Barella 🤣 Inter, the Premier on Barella. Marotta raises the wall Chelsea and Liverpool fall on the blue after the boom at the European Championships, but for the Nerazzurri it is not transferable https://www.tuttosport.com/news/calcio/calciomercato/2021/07/15-83617296/inter_la_premier_su_barella_marotta_alza_il_muro
  7. English starlet ‘not willing’ to be a part of Chelsea deal for Erling Haaland https://astamfordbridgetoofar.com/2021/07/16/callum-hudson-odoi-not-willing-to-be-part-of-Chelsea-deal-erling-haaland/
  8. if we buy Lacroix and Aurélien Tchouaméni, I will start to get very happy very quickly
  9. damn shame that he is not that good at LB/LWB
  10. perfect example of great stats in a shit league
  11. the face of someone who actually did suck his dick she doesn't look so happy cannot understand why, as he is such a looker 🤢
  12. it is simple how/why so many teams (Pool, Bayern, etc) are being linked with Chiesa keeping Mbappe listed as a CF starting in 2022/23, theses are the ONLY truly elite wingers left atm who are under 30 years old in bold means they are potentially available now Jadon Sancho Raheem Sterling Marcus Rashford Phil Foden Federico Chiesa Serge Gnabry Jack Grealish step below those Mikel Oyarzabal Kingsley Coman Diogo Jota Ansu Fati (and, IF he is perma fucked from his multiple knee injuries, he will come off this list) Mason Greenwood Ferran Torres Leroy Sané (barely makes it) that is literally it, unless you list Bukayo Saka as a winger, and he too, is not available everyone in bold (except Sane I think) has also been linked to us, although I cannot see us buying or being allowed to buy Sterling btw, I did not include Ousmane Dembélé (I remain unconvinced) or any Chels players (as we already have Puli and I am not ready to list him as elite yet), and Hirving Lozano just misses my cutoff (although he would be a great buy for us IMHO) so it really is just Chiesa and Grealish in the top of the top winger group who are actually available to us, thus the inevitable stories (made up or not)
  13. lol I hate Real Madrid, but I also am not going to pretend that their pulling power is not massive Florentino is a massive cunt btw put him and Mino into a rocket and shoot it into the sun
  14. I would be extremely happy with this how much do you think Bayern would demand?
  15. lol, aww I struck a Pessi nerve I see feelsbadman
  16. Real will be the massive favourites for BOTH Håland (€65-75m realise clause + plus the cunt and daddy's cuts) and Mbappe (€free fifty free) if both stay put till summer 2022. Biggest club in the world, and with Barca in decline plus that new billion euro stadium coming online, the distance will only grow. No one can compete the dream appeal.
  17. Disagree. They are poorly run to a staggering degree, especially given their pre-existing advantages and Pessi.
  18. Football Twitter goes wild as Atletico Mineiro release beautiful fan-designed kit https://www.90min.com/posts/football-twitter-reacts-atletico-mineiro-fan-designed-kit
  19. 75 very soon Giroud turns 35 in 2 and a half months and Zlatan turns 40yo four days later.
  20. Chelsea renewing contracts might be more important than signings https://theprideoflondon.com/2021/07/15/Chelsea-renewing-contracts-might-important-signings/
  21. I am banking on us buying someone off this list these are the only CBs who interest me and are remotely available (which knocks Marquinhos and de Ligt off the list, plus I do not trust José María Giménez to remain healthy all the time, and Milan Skriniar lacks ball-playing skills, and Koulibaly is too old now for the insane cash Napoli still want) Jules Koundé is a dwarf. IF we crop £69m on him I am going to explode in rage. Alessandro Bastoni (by far the toughest pull, even more so than Varane, unless Pep says he is keeping Laporte, wh then goes off this list) Raphaël Varane (likely going to Manure or PSG though) Aymeric Laporte (IF Pep is actually selling him) Maxence Lacroix (If none of the 3 above are doable, then I would grab him, massive upside) Sven Botman Alessio Romagnoli maybe Gianluca Mancini
